From the start of booking until the end of the trip, we had a fantastic time. Octavian whom I booked with was exceptionally communicative and I always received an answer within minutes on WhatsApp. We got to tailor the trip to meet our needs, and we are very happy with how everything went. Our guide Joseph was fantastic - he was not only on time but even 30 minutes early every day, and he was very knowleadgeble and accommodating. We had never been on a safari and I never expected it to be this smooth. This is especially as a group of young women - we felt safe at all times.

It was my birthday and we got a fantastic birthday surprise on the trip too - my most memorable birthday ever!

We ended up seeing everything we wanted and more in terms of wild animals and even the parks were all different in terms of geography.

The agency answered really quickly and reassured us on everything from the moment we looked into buying this incredible experience. They adapted the tour to our timings and budgets which was really amazing!
Our guide Joseph was super reliable and he knew how to answer all our questions, was always on time (if not early), made our experience tailored and avoided as much as possible the crowds so we had many special moments. Really really recommend it!

Our 4 day safari was excellent from very first beginning up to the end. I must thank office manager Octavian for usefull advices, helping me to choose right safari for us and good organization. Both our acommodation in Martinas retreat and Serengeti classic view camp were very nice and clean, with good meal and wonderful helpful staf. Camp was newly built, tents were spacious, nicely furnished. We enjoyed stay there very much as we were right in the middle of nature, with hyenas in very short distance, lions roaring all the night in bush and amazing sunset. And the best of all was our guide Joseph. Entusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable funny guy who was able to answer all our questions, who managed to find all animals for us we wanted to see, he always parked jeep in order that we have the best view to animals and he adjusted everyday our programme to our wishes. Thanks to all these wonderful people we already decided to come again and through the same agency.
