Perfect organisation with some room for improvement

We booked the 4 day tour from Germany, our special wishes were uncomplicatedly fullfilled. The driver picked us up in time at the hotel in Nairobi, but this guy unfortunately was very uncommunicative. So we decided to contact the tour operator for another guide. Kenya Bush Expeditions reacted immideately and sent us another guide the next morning. Steven was such a good guide and explained a lot about animals and culture.
One star reduction because of the first driver and the fact that we had to pay 50$ surcharge for paying by Card.

We found this tour operator through many searches and contacted via WhatsApp, quick response. Helped us plan a safari in Nairobi national park, the cost was much cheaper than any other provider we came across but the service was amazing

Ben was our driver and guide, he was prompt, polite and professional at all times. He made the experience great. Got to see lion, rhinos, zebras, giraffe, hippos many birds and the knowledge from Ben was amazing.

The tour operators could not be any more accommodating and they informed us of pick up times and kept us in the loop.

Excellent safari and impeccable organization

Excellent service. Nakuru + Naivasha + Mara safari, 2 nights. Communication was always prompt and professional. The private safari was organized according to our requests and at the best price we found. The driver was exceptional. The vehicle was a bit old, but we had no problems at all.

Our Italian-speaking guide, called "Cappuccino", was a fantastic and helpful person. He could improve his knowledge of wildlife and natural history aspects, but he was outstanding at helping us experience the real life and culture of Kenya.

YOUR SAFARI TRAVEL AT KENYA

We had a great and memorable safari experiences arranged by Kenya Bush Expeditions during our safari trip to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru National Park and Lake Naivasha with our friends. At Maasai Mara we had a chance to join Safari balloon early in the morning to see the animals from the top. We also visited the Maasai people village to see how they live in their small and dark houses with only tiny windows.

Tips for going to safari in Kenya during June-July to catch the migration of wildebeests.

Great value for money

We spent 7 days with Kenya Bush Expeditions. We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell’s Gate and Amboseli. We chose budget tent and this was completely satisfactory. We had all meals covered plus drinking water, for other beverages you had to pay extra, but it’s ok. Our driver, Joshua was really great in finding all the animals and explained a lot about them. He also took care about every single one of us and our special needs. The group during this 7 days changed somewhat, but it was organized perfectly and without hassle. Altogether we spent a wonderful week in Kenya and we are really grateful about that. Thanks a lot!
