Everything went perfectly with Axis from day one. Monica is an incredibly friendly and patient woman. She took all our requests into account and put together a fantastic trip for us.
Our driver and guide was Kalifah. He’s an amazing driver and a wonderful guide! He was always highly motivated to give us the best safari of our lives, and he succeeded. We would definitely book with Axis and the two of them again! Asante sana!!

Communication was excellent and the Axis were very flexible (I was communicating with Peter via WhatsApp) - I wanted to change the number of days of the safari (from four to three) at the last minute (the day before! on a Sunday!), and and they were kind enough to accept it, and charge only the cost for the three days. I really appreciated it.
We went with Kalifa who was an excellent guide, somewhat brusque, friendly, and answered all our questions - and most importantly, knew where to find all the animals! Of course it's always a bit of luck with seeing animals, especially rhinos and leopards, but it was a shock how easy it was overall with Kalifa! I'd especially recommend him for photographers, as he was very diligent about getting all the angles you wanted, and checked in to make sure it was working for us.
Overall, a great experience, everything I hoped for from a safari.

I booked my safari back in January with Tabitha. At first, I couldn’t make the payment with my credit card, so she kindly allowed me to pay in cash at the start of the adventure.

As a solo traveler, I can confidently rate Axis Safari 5/5. For the price, they truly exceeded my expectations. Ntulele Camp was very comfortable, and the food was also great.

On the second day, we got stuck in the mud and had to wait about two hours to be pulled out. However, they quickly arranged another vehicle for us. Later that afternoon, Kalifa (our guide) joined us and did his absolute best to make sure we could still see a variety of animals.

Overall, I’m delighted with the experience.

We had a wonderful time on safari. We managed to see so many animals despite the wet conditions. The tour definitely exceeded our expectations. A big shout-out to our tour guide, Steve, who took such good care of us and showed us so many amazing animals.

Our African safari experience exceeded all expectations and was absolutely worth every penny. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the wildlife and landscapes without any stress.

One of the highlights of our trip was our exceptional guide. Thanks to his deep knowledge, sharp instincts, and dedication, we were able to spot the Big Five in just three days — something truly remarkable. Beyond just finding the animals, he taught us so much about their behavior, the ecosystem, and the importance of conservation, which made the experience even more meaningful.

Every game drive felt unique and exciting, and we always felt safe, well taken care of, and engaged. This safari was not only an adventure but also an enriching learning experience that we will never forget.

We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience.
