Romantic Honeymoon in Tanzania

My wife and I had a romantic honeymoon experience in Tanzania in Mikumi and Ruaha. I worked with Rama to create the trip and he did not disappoint. We spent two days in Mikumi followed by three days in Ruaha and they were absolutely fantastic. Endrick our guide made the trip all the more memorable with great game drives. We explored both parks seeing many different animals while Endrick treated us like royalty. He drove the Toyota Landcruiser carefully as we moved from one viewpoint to the next.
The choice of accommodation was excellent and we had a lovely time in both establishments. Staying at the honeymoon suites was fun and romantic at the same time, not to mention the dinners under the open sky.
Thank you Rama and team for the wonderful memories.

A really pleasant trip

We had a really pleasant trip with my husband in Tanzania. We had an excellent driver/guide and he gave us very good service. He is very experienced with safaris and knew where to find the animals. We saw elephants, baboons, lions, gazelles, zebras, gnus and so many others with some exceptionally close encounters with lions, gnus, and cheetahs.
We also visited the Olduvai Gorge and the Hadzabe tribe who still engage in stone age existence. Our safari camps and lodge were excellent. It was exciting sleeping with wild animals roaming outside.

Amazing Adventure

Our recent adventure in Tanzania with Gecko Adventure Tanzania exceeded all our expectations. Rama planned our itinerey so well that it had all the parks and activities that we wanted, great level of comfort in the lodges and camp booked and it flowed like clockwork.
Musa our guide was the icing on the cake. He was spectacular in spotting wildlife in the parks, kind, gentle and an excellent teacher. He taught so much about the animals, their habits and even had books about the animals in the vehicle. I enjoyed listening to him as he explained s many different things about the trip, Tanzania and life in general.
I really appreciate the overall service from Gecko Adventures and their commitment to the comfort and fulfillment of their guests wishes. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to my family and friends

Dream Come True

Our recent trip to Tanzania was a culmination of many months of planning and 2 postponements so that my husband and I could harmonize our work schedules. Rama was patient and flexible till we got our dates right. The prices are reasonable when compared to other operators for the same level of comfort. Payment followed and at in the second week of February this year we went to Tanzania for our safari.
Our guide Musa was kind, knowledgeable and an outstanding driver. His English was perfect and also did a bit of German. Being with him complemented our trip because he is a great narrator and fun to be with. We saw plenty of animals, actually more than we have ever seen in our previous safaris including a first encounter with the wild dogs.
All the accommodation camps were excellent and we loved them.
I highly recommend Musa as a guide and Gecko Adventure Tanzania

We will live to remember the best safari ever in Tanzania. It was everything we expected and much more. Frankly I believe having Musa on safari was a big plus. He spoke perfect English and a little bit of Norwegian easing communication between us. His enthusiasm and passion for conservation was clear from his convincing and captivating conversations. The landscapes, wildlife and the people made it a journey to remember. Rama had booked us in great lodges and we loved it.
Its a safari worth taking and I highly recommend Gecko Adventure Tanzania
