Excellent service
We had an excellent experience. Communication was detailed and timely and our tour was designed specifically for us with all my requests in mind. The service was reliable and timely- all drivers and guides were excellent. I would definitely recommend toying with this company for anyone considering this.
Excellent Tour Operator and Guides
I recently did a 10 day camping trip from Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park, Elephant Sands, Maun and the Okavango. It was all a fantastic experience, and the only very basic camping was in the Okavango in a very remote location but beautiful spot, where we saw lots of Elephant, zebra and Wildebeest. Other nights we were upgraded to Glamping or chalets. There were only two of us on the tour which was great as most other companies require a minimum number. Our guide, Francis was very informative and efficient.

Amazing!
We just got finished a 7-day safari with Zambezi Expeditions, and it was such a great experience. We got to see so much across Victoria Falls and through Botswana (Chobe, Elephant Sands, Nwetwe Pan, and the Okavango Delta. The wildlife sightings Chobe were the highlight of the trip and also seeing meerkats up close. While every trip has a few bumps in the road, I was impressed with how the Zambezi team handled things whenever we had a question or a minor issue. They were super responsive, easy to communicate with, and really made us feel taken care of throughout the whole week. Definitely happy to recommend them if you’re looking to explore Victoria Falls and Botswana!

They provided me a wonderful one day trip from Hwange to Victoria Falls. The trip has been perfect: incredible places, a very tasty lunch and a perfect organisation. I strongly recommend this company.
