I would like to thank Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours team: Oscar, Silence, our guides Francis, Vincent, Felix and others for the great experience that we had during our first safari tour. We followed advice of our son who booked his tour 6 months before with the same agency and enjoyed it a lot. Our individual program was well planned and tailored to our requests, transfers were on time and well organized, accomodation well selected. Visiting three countries, Zimbanwe, Zambia and Botswana, in 8 days we never regreted booking directly with the local agency, always felt secure and taken care of, and definitely want to continue exploring Africa thanks to the flawless execution of our first trip.

A truly excellent experience in every way. The trip organization was impeccable, with prompt and professional assistance throughout the stay.

The hotel they recommended proved to be a perfect choice: welcoming, excellent service, and an ideal location for visiting the wonders of Victoria Falls.

Among the most exciting moments of the trip, the excursion to Chobe National Park was simply spectacular. We had the opportunity to admire an extraordinary variety of animals in their natural habitat, enjoying an authentic and unforgettable experience.

The helicopter flight over Victoria Falls was also wonderful: a unique perspective that allows you to appreciate the full grandeur of this extraordinary place. A feeling difficult to describe in words.

We had a great time on our Safari! Our guide was exellent, both as a driver and in her knowledge of the park. Everything was well and smoothly organised and camping in the middle of the park was an incredible experience, being able to hear hyenas in the background. Everything at camp was well executed and the "camping" experience was made as easy and struggle-free as possible. The only qualms I had were about the restaurant for lunch on the first day, whose staff seemed mainly to be concerned about rushing us through to make a quick buck and get the next group in.

They need to be a little more specific on their instructions of who and where to meet
