Excellent experience with Donwel Tours and Travels
We had an excellent experience with Donwel Tours and Travels, organized by owner Christine Mosetti. The planning and execution of our Kenya safari were flawless, covering both our stay at Sarova Mara and Saruni Mara camps.
Our guide Rony during our trip was knowledgeable and professional, helping us experience the incredible wildlife of the Maasai Mara. He took us on various types of safaris - each offering different kinds of flexibility and unique experiences.
We witnessed amazing sights including lions roaring during night safaris, a leopardess with her cub, a cheetah with her cub, large herds of wildebeest and zebra, and enjoyed special experiences like bush breakfast by the river with hippos in view, bush lunch under a tree next to a salt lick, and a magical fireside dinner.
Christine and her team at Donwel Tours demonstrated excellent organizational skills and attention to detail throughout our journey. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

He brought the Mara to life for us with his stories, insights, and uncanny ability to spot animals from miles away. More than just a guide, he became a friend and a part of our journey.
Christine was not only professional but her warmth and personal touch in meticulously handling every details of out trip made us feel so valued and cared for.

They say once you visit Africa, you are never the same — and that’s exactly what we experienced with Donwel. From the very beginning, everything was planned exceptionally well, and every query, no matter how small, was answered promptly and reassuringly.
Christine and Judith curated an outstanding East Africa itinerary where the safaris left us spellbound and the accommodations pampered us beyond expectations. Special attention was given to our vegetarian preferences, which made us feel truly cared for.
From the warm airport welcome to the very last day, the entire journey was filled with thoughtfulness and personal attention. Our guide Elijah ensured that every game drive was extraordinary — from breathtaking hunts and thrilling chases to serene birdwatching moments, we witnessed the raw royalty of African wildlife in its purest form.

My husband and I chose a Safari for our honeymoon and are so happy we booked with Donwel Tours & Travel. We coordinated with Christine who was so kind and open to creating our perfect Safari tour. Lawrence was our tour guide for the 5 days and he was so knowledgeable about the animals and the land. We saw SO many animals - it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! Would highly recommend Donwel for any travel needs while in Kenya. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. We miss Christine and Lawrence already!!
