Well thought out, planned and executed

In February of 2026, I began to plan a Safari to Southern Africa in June . I had some ideas about where and when, but was at a loss as to how to actually make the dates/times/places work smoothly. I searched online and found Claire's website and contact. I reached out and she promptly scheduled a Zoom meeting. I gave some broad strokes, she provided some sample inteneraries with pricing and insights. She made some suggestions on where to go and what to do. We decided on a Vic Fall, Chobe Nat Park, and Okavango Delta Kala camp trip. Once I agreed and paid a deposit she went into action and made all the arragnements. Everything! Tansfers, flights, camp bookings, everything!

She was very receptive and quick to reply to both emails and texts. An app was provided for my smart phone to download that had our personal itenerary, reservation numbers, dates etc. Honestly I was a touched worried we would show up somewhere to the blank stare of person working behind a desk asking who we were and why we were there. That did not happen. We never any issue with anything aspect of our journey. I also was a hesitant regading sending payment to a simple bank number on a screen...... I asked Claire to reach out immediately upon receipt of payment, which she did, alleviating my concerns.

I spent some time pricing out the trip individually, and found that pricing was comprable, but I would have been on my own! The peace of mind was priceless.

As for the trip, we spent two nights in Victoria Falls, Claire suggested we obtain the joint Zim/Zambia visa to see the Fall from both sides, worth every penny! Tea and cocktails in the evening at the Vitoria Falls Hotel, and a seemless transfer across the border to Chobe the next day. The Chobe Game Lodge is a classic locale, three activities a day, game drives, river cruises, lions, elephants, sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful. We then flew to the Kala Camp in the heart of the river delta where the vibe was different focusing on the water, the birds, hippos, crocs and the natural beauty of the land. The camp was quiet allowing us to take in the uniqueness of the location. The guides were receptive to out requests and provided great service.

As this trip took place after the school graduations of two of our children, Claire instructed the accomodations to provide some special presents and personalize notes to them. A lovely touch.

A huge thank you to Emma and Chloe for planning what was genuinely the best trip we have ever had and the perfect honeymoon.

When planning our trip, our two biggest priorities were experiencing incredible safaris and staying somewhere with exceptional service. Both were absolutely nailed.

From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was perfectly planned, with Victoria Falls, Chobe and the Delta flowing seamlessly together. Every transfer, flight, collection and drop-off ran like clockwork, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the experience.

What really stood out was how well Chloe and Emma listened to us throughout the planning process. They took the time to understand what we liked, what we didn't lik and what was most important to us, then built an itinerary around exactly that. Their communication, attention to detail and ability to genuinely listen are their greatest assets, complemented by their incredible knowledge of Africa and the lodges where we stay. They answered every question we had and made sure we booked the trip that was right for us, rather than simply selling us a package.

The wildlife viewing was simply extraordinary. We saw everything we had hoped for and more. Over the course of the trip, we encountered lions on around six different occasions, including males, females and cubs, all in completely different situations, hunting, sleeping, eating and interacting with one another. We also saw cheetahs, including an incredible sighting of a mother and her three cubs, giraffes, hippos, zebras, elephants, painted wolves, buffalo, impala, crocodiles, waterbuck and even the elusive honey badger, which we were told is a rare sighting. The birdlife was also spectacular.

A huge part of what made the safari so special was the quality of the guides and trackers. Chloe and Emma selected lodges with highly experienced safari teams and every guide we encountered was knowledgeable, professional and passionate about what they do. They always made us feel safe, while their ability to read the environment and position us in the right place at the right time was remarkable.

We stayed at three wonderful lodges, each offering something unique in three different locations which complimented each other.

What impressed us most throughout the entire journey was how well looked after we felt by Emma and Chloe and the lodges. Every camp and lodge delivered outstanding hospitality, fantastic food and genuinely attentive service. We never had to worry about a thing.

We honestly couldn't fault any part of the trip. It was everything we had hoped our honeymoon would be and so much more. We would absolutely use Emma and Chloe again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a safari or African adventure. It was truly a trip of a lifetime.

We travelled from Canada to Africa for our trip of lifetime. The experience was more than we could have hoped for. It all started with connecting with several agents and determining that Claire at Off2Africa was the best fit for us. We knew generally what we wanted to see and do while in Zimbabwe, and Claire was able to chat with us to ensure we were able to see and do exactly what we needed. She customized part of our trip and was extremely helpful with consulting on where we go, and our transportation. Some of our itinerary was not a standard request, but Claire made sure it was taken care off without any worry or stress. The camps she set up for us to visit were fantastic. The service and kindness of all the staff was 5 star service and then some. The animals, the safaris, walking safaris, nights in treehouses, fishing and the sunsets are memories we will cherish. Thank you Claire for being so attentive even during our trip. We hope we will go back again some day and we'll be in touch.

As a group of 6, we travelled to Africa to celebrate a 60th birthday. Sian organised the most amazing trip for us. Victoria Falls, Botswana (Chobe and Okovango Delta) and a few days R&R in Mozambique.
The tour was everything we could have wished for and more. Communication from Sian was excellent and the organisation of transfers etc seamless.
The hotels and camps we stayed at were first class. We were treated like royalty.
I can highly recommend Off2Africa.
