the perfect holiday

We have just returned to Madrid after celebrating my 50th birthday in Namibia, and this was without question one of the most magical trips of our lives.

From the very first email, the booking process with Nature Travel Namibia was seamless. Nicolette listened carefully to our budget and preferences and created a completely customised tour that exceeded every expectation. Communication was always fast, clear and incredibly efficient. Every question was answered immediately, every detail handled professionally. We felt completely confident from the beginning.

The itinerary was beautifully structured. Each location somehow felt more special than the last, building perfectly towards an unforgettable finale at &Beyond, which quite literally went beyond anything we have experienced before. I have travelled extensively in Africa and done many safaris, and the level of excellence there was exceptional.

A very special mention must go to our guide, Delano. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him. He was warm, professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate every request. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He anticipated our needs before we even expressed them and made the entire journey feel effortless. The fact that he speaks English, German and Afrikaans was an added bonus and made communication completely seamless. We were truly looked after from beginning to end.

My birthday celebration — complete with a full cocktail bar set up in the middle of the desert — was something I will never forget. Magical, thoughtful and absolutely worth every cent.

If you are looking for a perfectly organised, tailor-made African adventure with flawless communication and genuine care, we cannot recommend Nature Travel Namibia highly enough. We will most definitely be back

A truly professional company!

Having not done a trip of this nature before we arranged a 7 day guided tour of Namibia taking in Etosha National park, the desert region and Swakomund Bay. Nature Travel Namibia exceeded our expectations in every way. The trip itinerary was well organised and communication throughout by Pepi Kern was exceptional. We had every confidence that we were going to be in for a good trip.
We were not dissapointed by any of the accomodation, food and the vehicle used for the trip.

Our Guide, Stuart is one of the best! and i dont say this lightly after travelling with many guides in the past. His knowledge of the wildlife and the Namibian environment was fabulous, he particularly showed great passion about Namibia and where to be in the parks to witness the animal highlights! We had some long transfers to get around in the time we had but Stuart was great fun in the car, great sense of humour and able to communicate about most things inside or outside his own country. This made all the trips memorable ones.
Anyone wanting to travel to Namibia should consider Nature Travel Namibia, you wont be disappointed!

We travelled to Namibia as a family and we had a great time. The tour was very well organized, our Guide was an excellent communicator (and driver), we stayed in beautiful lodges and were able to both relax and visit the most interesting sites of the Country. I am recommending both Namibia and Nature Travel to my friends!

Exceptionally Well-Planned Private Safari

We did a 13-day / 12-night private guided safari in Namibia in December 2024, organized by Pepi and her team, and it was a truly memorable experience.
The itinerary was exceptionally well thought out and beautifully paced. Only once we were on the road did we fully appreciate how carefully everything had been planned. The journey unfolded naturally and allowed us to enjoy Namibia without feeling rushed.
We were traveling with a three-year-old, and both Pepi and our guide Joram made genuine efforts to accommodate our needs. Their flexibility, patience, and attention to detail made traveling with a small child far easier than expected.
Our guide Joram was excellent — friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He handled long drives, wildlife encounters, and daily logistics with great professionalism and care.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding a cheetah activity at the Cheetah Conservation Fund, related to which option had been arranged, but this was an isolated issue during an otherwise very smooth and well-organized journey.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Namibia and would happily recommend Pepi’s company to anyone looking for a high-quality private safari experience. We would gladly travel with them again.

Nature Travel Namibia did a wonderful job suggesting and preparing our Namibia itinerary and then modifying the route and stops to meet our desires. Petra was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful every step of the process. Stewart Matsopo was an outstanding guide and driver. A veritable walking warehouse of information, he was enthusiastic, engaged and a very safe driver. We appreciated his and the agency's willingness to make day to day "tweaks" to the itinerary based on our interests and energy levels. The lodges felt safe, were clean and well staffed with friendly and welcoming people. The food was uniformly good. The Okonjima Plains Camp was our most luxurious stay. It was also there that we capped our trip with close up views of a collared leopard. Stewart was expert and locating and identifying wildlife. We saw herds of elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, many kinds of antelope and exoctic birds. He also explained the geology, weather and plants that we were seeing along with information about the history and culture of Namibia.
