A reliable tour operator with great prices.

Everything went perfectly during our 7-day safari. We had a wonderful time, and our driver, Jackson, was absolutely fantastic.
We were able to see so many different animals, which made the experience truly special.
We were absolutely satisfied with everything and really enjoyed the whole trip.

Excellent guide and vehicle...took 2 days game drive and spotted so many animals

Bienvenido Tours arranged everything from pickup to stay to safari and drop and everything was well organised and planned. Even we choose a budget camp but the camp and food was really good.

Our adventure with Bienvenido Tours & Safaris lasted 8 days. Together with our guide, Joshua, we visited 4 national parks (Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate and Amboseli) as well as Lake Naivasha.

The excellent organization, Joshua’s incredible guiding skills and his extensive knowledge allowed us to discover some of the most beautiful places in Kenya.

We would also like to say a big thank you to Kennedy, who was extremely helpful from the very beginning, including helping us purchase our train tickets.

We highly recommend Bienvenido to anyone who wants to discover the incredible wildlife and natural beauty of Kenya.

Not transparent, bad guide

I want to preface this with the fact that I overall still enjoyed the safari, understand the budget price point, and had good communication with the agency via email prior to the tour.

That being said, my guide (Moses) was very unengaged, unprofessional, and did not respect or listen to multiple people in my group. He got in an argument with another woman in my group when she voiced frustrations about his lack of communication each day when plans would change. Multiple times, he had me go into another vehicle with a guide he wouldn't introduce me to or dropped me off somewhere saying he would come back soon with no clear timing and no way of contacting him. As a woman traveling alone, I find this disappointing and unacceptable.

Going on a safari with this company was the best decision. The organization was top-notch. I highly recommend our driver, Daniel. He had extensive knowledge of the animals and knew exactly where to go to see as many different species as possible. Even when we saw the smallest animals, he gave us as much time as we needed to take photos and observe them.
