We had a 3 days / 2 nights safari trip, and everything was organised perfectly from start to finish.

The trip from Zanzibar to the mainland was very well arranged: on-time pickup from the hotel, smooth transfer to the ferry and train, and great support during all connections between the ferry and train. The transfer to the lodge was also very comfortable.

The lodge, located in the middle of the forest, was beautiful, authentic, and very comfortable. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast were excellent, with fantastic views from the hills.

The safari itself was amazing. We managed to see all the main animals, and our guide was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information, which made the experience even more special.

We are very happy that we chose Kihindo Tours and would definitely recommend them!

We had a night safari in Mikumi National Park with guides Frank and Mussa. They were excellent in every respect. Well organised, hard working and very knowledgeable. We saw many more animals close-up than we could have imagined. Lions in particular were fantastic.
Today we returned for a day safari with Frank. He has extensive knowledge of all the animals and birds and shares interesting detail about every one. There was no question he couldn't answer. What a difference this makes. We saw so many elephants, zebra, giraffe, antelope, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, vultures, oxpeckers, hippo, superb starling, lions (protecting a kill), warthogs, storks and so much else! Exceeded our expectations. If you need a guide, ask for Frank!

Game drives are always interesting when the driver makes you feel at home. Our guide made us feel at home. And gave us one of the best memories of our honeymoon.

We had an absolutely incredible 2-day safari! Our guide was so kind and made us feel safe throughout the entire trip. Thanks to their amazing intuition and sense of timing, we were able to see all the animals we hoped for. We were even lucky enough to witness a rare scene—a lion eating its prey! The guide's English was excellent, and they shared so much detailed knowledge with us. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we are so happy with the memories we made. Highly recommended!
