Friendly and very knowledgeable

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Even when the airline lost one of our bags Africa Marvel went out of their way to make sure our bag was found and delivered to us within 48 hrs. This tour company gets full marks for their service. Highly recommend using them. The guide was easy to understand in English and he never rushed us. If we wanted to just sit and look at the animals that’s what we did.

From planning stage to execution of safari Mercy, our tour manager, was there to answer all our issues promptly always in a positive way with compassion. We did a 4 day safari with Marvel Tours and we had the best possible experience. The communication was great from the moment we booked. The accommodations were very good and our preference was definitely Salt Lick lodges. But the biggest shout out goes to Sammy, our guide , he made our experience an unforgettable one. The Masai Mara National Park is wonderful. It is recommended that you have two full days for safari to make the most of it.
