Based in Arusha, Tanzania, our experienced team has specialised in customising exciting itineraries with multiple destinations, exhilarating safari adventures and unique accommodations ranging from camping to luxury lodges. All to tailor a vacation that suits your lifestyle and budget. If you wish, we also arrange hotel bookings and domestic transfers by air, boat and land. 🦒 We had an incredible 4-day safari and everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with Emanuel was smooth throughout—he was always responsive, flexible, and very professional when our plans changed. We were even picked up from the airport at 2 a.m., and after a few hours of rest, our adventure began.

🚙 Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every game drive enjoyable. Over the four days, we saw an amazing variety of wildlife, including 4 of the Big Five. 🐘

🍽️ A special thanks goes to the chef, who truly went above and beyond. Despite limited facilities and a busy schedule, he prepared delicious meals every day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful surprises—freshly made 🍿 popcorn while we waited for dinner and even 🍕 pizza alongside several other dishes after returning from a game drive in the Serengeti.

💛 The whole trip was perfectly organized, stress-free, and full of unforgettable moments. We enjoyed every minute of it and would gladly choose Crater Explorer again. Highly recommended! ⭐️🙌

🦁 We had an amazing safari with Crater Explorer. Communication with Emanuel was smooth, he responded quickly and accommodated our changing schedule professionally. We were picked up from the airport at 2 a.m. and after a short sleep at a hotel, our safari started. The driver was so outgoing and experienced and we had great 4 days seeing so many animals 🦓 (including 4 of the Big 5). What standed out was the chef who went above and beyond and despite the lack of conditions and time, he delivered so delicious food for us at every meal, surprising us with fresh 🍿 popcorn as we waited for the dinner and with 🍕 pizza on top of the other 5 dishes as we returned from a game drive in Serengeti. The whole experience was perfect for us and we enjoyed it to the fullest. ⭐👌

7 Days of Pure Magic in Tanzania

An unforgettable 7-day safari that exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the trip was flawless. We explored Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and spent three incredible days in the Serengeti, discovering several different areas of the park.

A huge thank you to Emanuel, whose organization was simply outstanding. He was available at every step, quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and always attentive to what we wanted. The lodges he selected were more than excellent — comfortable, well located, and a real highlight of the journey.

We were also incredibly lucky to have Bato and Majid as our guides. Both were superb: patient, attentive, and constantly going out of their way to make sure we enjoyed every single moment. Their knowledge and warmth made all the difference. Highly recommended — we’ll be back!

We had an amazing safari experience in Tanzania! Everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, Tony, was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we saw all the animals we hoped for.
The agency was very professional and also arranged extra services like transfers and accommodation, which made everything easy for us.

Our 6day tour overall was perfect! Very good coordination and schedule that allowed us to see everything we could!! Our safari guide Tony was amazing and did his best to show us everything and make us fulfilled and happy!! Great value for money would totally recommend it!
