Really amazing experience with Africa Starpal Safaris
Organizing the safari in advance with Paul was really easy. Communication was great and Paul adapted the itinerary to our preferences to make it our dream itinerary. He answered all our questions promptly.
During the safari, Paul also suggested an alternative route to avoid traffic due to construction.... Read more
We didn't take the alternative route in the end, but it was great to have the option.
We did a 10-day Safari and a one-day activity in Nairobi beforehand, which included a game drive in Nairobi National Park.
We had two guides, Morris (for the Nairobi part) and Glenn (for the 10 days of safari that followed). We really appreciated our 2 guides.
However, we spent more time with Glenn. He really cares about his clients and wanted us to have a great experience. He also makes sure to respect the animals and has a very good eye for identifying the different bird species. He also made sure we were well positioned to see the animals. He's also super punctual.
We really enjoyed our safari and highly recommend Africa Starpal. It's a reliable company and very good value for money.

Read more are an expert in where the animals are at what times of year, the best lodges and camps to stay in and not a person who is just selling for business purpose. Tanzania is like no place we’ve ever been, and there is literally no way you can plan a trip to a place like this by yourself.
Paul and their representative in Tanzania planned the most incredible trip for us within our budget. He helped us to choose the most spectacular lodges and camps. Each of our accommodations surpassed our expectations. They were all immaculately decorated for luxury, comfort, and the perfect safari theme.
Starpal handled all the logistics for us from the start to end. Our guide Lenny picked us up at the airport, helped us with all our bags, and transported us everywhere we needed to go. He taught us all about the culture in Tanzania, and knew about every animal we came across. I don’t think there’s an animal he doesn’t know about. We were extremely impressed. He was so friendly, and we trusted him completely. We had the vehicle to ourselves for the whole week.
I cannot speak highly enough of this travel agency. Everyone we worked with planning this trip was an absolute pleasure. They are expert and is among the best of the best at putting together memorable trips. These people helped us to have the best trip of a lifetime. Amazingly memorabele trip.
I went on a 3 day safari, starting in Nairobi and ending in Mombasa, we visited both Tsavo east and West.
I chose this company, from a selection of quotes because their itinerary was the clearest, they were the most professional in their communication and it fit my schedule best.
During... Read more the process some changes had to be made due to availability, I was informed accordingly and informed every step of the way.
The payment process was easy and well organised, starting with a down payment and not paying the full amount until slightly before the safari, or if you so wish you can pay cash during your pickup.
We were met at our hotel early by Morris who took drove us to the parks, he was an incredible guide and extremely professional. Not just his driving, but his knowledge about the parks, animals and everything involved.
He truly took care of us and made sure to involve is in everything that was happening, he listened and was a genuinely great person. He made all the difference. We had an amazing safari, extremely memorable. The parks and accommodation were beautiful, with the kindest people involved everywhere. Dont look any further. I highly recommend you take a tour with this company.

Superb organization and super friendly contact together with excellent safari tour
Paul was so helpful both in planning and adjusting the safari to our needs. Even special and timely requests were fulfilled without problems. During the safari itself, we had the perfect experience, both in the parks as well as in the very nice accommodations
