A magical End of Year Safari
I can only suggest this Safari because from the arrival at the airport to the end everything has been perfectly managed. A huge thank you goes to our fantastic guide, Aruni, without him the experience would have not been the same. He drove us around the stunning National Parks of Kenya for 7 days and gave us informations about all the species of animals we saw during our Safari (Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Cheetahs, Wildebeest, Leopard, Hippos, Rinhos, Gazelles, many birds and so many others). He showed up every morning with a smile ready to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our Safari, something we really appreciated. The accommodations were very comfortable and unique. It has truly been a magical experience I will never forget!

Amazing and lovely experience I never forget!
All was very well organised and prepared. The journey has been made simply incredible and fun by our guide Aruni, a very experienced and kind friend who knows all the secrets of all five Safari parks, in fact we could see the Big Fives, and many others rare animals! He is also punctual, open to answer all our curiosities about Kenya and its beautiful culture and, last but not least, he drives safely!

Kind, funny and relaxt.
We did a half-day private tour of Nairobi National Park with our two children (ages 5 and 8). Our guide, Owen, was very friendly.
We were picked up slightly late at our Airbnb, but this wasn’t really an issue since there is usually a long wait at the park gate anyway. On the drive, while passing Kibera, Owen already started sharing info with us about the slum.
Inside the park, Owen explained a lot about the animals and their natural behavior, adding witty remarks every now and then. At one point, he noticed a lioness preparing to hunt and patiently waited to see if we might witness it.
We saw hippos, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, impalas, antelopes, crocodiles, and lions. The absolute highlight, however, was seeing multiple rhinos with their babies. One mother was even breastfeeding her calf just a few meters from our car. The cherry on top was when Owen took a quiet road back toward the city, away from other vehicles, and spotted two beautiful lion cubs for us.
We also saw many bird species, including ostriches, spoonbills, marabou storks, helmeted guineafowl, spotted thick-knees, and several others whose names I can’t recall.
Communication with the organization was pretty easy. We paid in cash (KSh). Be sure to bring your passport, as it’s required at the park entrance. The advertisement mentioned that water would be provided, and the organization also said binoculars would be available, but neither were included on our tour. This wasn’t a problem for us since the animals were very close and we brought our own water, but it’s best to come prepared just in case.

Trip to Masai mara was nice experiance with guide collins other things need improvement
We took two safaries from them . One fo Masai Maara and one for Tsavo West. Trip to Masai mara was best with guide Collins but the trip to Tsavo national park was average with guide steven . Collins was truly professional guide and he tried to solve issues arrived in between. He was prompt and responsive to resolve them soon. He was good in conversation and narrate good informations. As a guide Collins deserve 5 star. Though the stay places at lake nakuru and lake naivasa was not upto the mark. The second safari to Tsavo national park was very average experiance with guide steven. Teh vehicle broke down two times and guide was not professional enough to handle the things without much inconviniace. He was not having much knowledge of the flora and fauna and do not narrate things coming on the way. He was slow and unprofessional person. Otherwise Tsavo stay places was better then Masai mara places. The national park was impressive but due to unprofessional guide we could not enjoy the Tsavo national park much. Here 5 star for guide Collins , 4 star for safari at Masai mara, 2 star for saty places of Masai mara, 1 star for guide steven , 4 star for the stay places at Tsavo national park, 2 star for safari experiance at Tsavo national park.

Be careful of little trics.
The maximum number of people in a group is 6. It was shown on the website, and before they picked me, I confirm with them again, I was told we have 6 people.
However, the total number of the group is actually 8+ 1 driver.
I tried to call and email them to give me an explanation . No reply.
The people in the group are very nice, and the driver of the safari is very responsible, no trics at all.
I am just not satisfied with the manager, who responded very fast before you pay, and disappeared after the payment. No matter what happens and how you try to contact, NO REPLY, until I made an complaint to safari booking company.
