Our tour operator was exceptional. Our guide, Joshua, was incredibly dedicated and professional—he helped us spot the Big Five along with numerous rare species. Meanwhile, our customer service rep, Jeremiah, was meticulous and attentive, resolving every query perfectly.

It was great that you coordinated the schedule so well to allow us to stay at the Four Seasons! The price was reasonable compared to other companies, and I liked that they definitely had the expertise to show you the Big 5.
