It was well organized. Our tour guide and driver was awesome. He is an expert and experienced guide.
The tour was awesome. Every place we stayed was good. We got to see all the animals and we were moved by our safari trip. Our tour guide Gody was excellent. He had really good English and helped us a lot through out the tour. I would book him again when I come next. My wife and I loved everything about the safari.

Amazing
Msangai Safari was the best experience ever. All 7 of us (friends in mid-20s) had such a fun and enjoyable experience. It was very good value for money. It would not have been possible without the expert guidance and wisdom of Emanuel who was absolutely fantastic in making our Safari such a memorable experience. He is so knowledgeable, accomodating and fun to have on Safari. The accomodation was great, everyone was very comfortable and grateful for to be able to stay in such beautiful and unique places. The food was also good. We loved each of the different Safari parks, particularly the Serengeti where Emanuel was able to find all of the big 5! We also thoroughly enjoyed the cultural experience day

Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari with James
We recently did a 9 day safari with Msangai for our Honeymoon with James which was simply amazing and unforgettable.
The booking experience with Zee was great, he was very knowledgable and responsive, and even helped arrange our hot air balloon, internal transport and subsequent week with scuba diving in Zanzibar. On the ground we were in touch with Eric, who was also able to rearrange our flight to Zanzibar when we spotted an issue.
The safari itself was incredible, with James' help we saw all the big 5, the migration (wildebeest, zebras and giraffes!!) and so much more! He was incredible throughout and so knowledgable. We were also very happy with the lodges and camps throughout (special mention for Kiriche, Osiligilai and Kankari Lodge!!) which also prepared us a delicious hot lunch for the following day.

Amazing experience above all expectations
We really enjoyed our 4 day safari experience. Me and my friend booked the mid-range package and we both agree that the accommodations were well above expectations. Food was great and everything was taken care of. The safari itself was an amazing experience. We felt very safe and our guide was very experienced and knew answers to all of our questions about the wildlife. Would totally recommend booking with Msangai! Very trustworthy company, great communication and overall we are just very happy with our decision to book with them.

Professional, fun and Safari experts
Our 5 night 6 day Safari (for my honeymoon) with Msangai was beyond incredible. I cannot recommend Msangai enough. I found Msangai through TikTok (Claire & Peter did a Safari, I recommend looking at their videos, it gives a great feel for the Safari). I looked at 10 Safari operators and was really impressed by Zee's knowledge during the booking process. He was the only person to proactively suggest including northern Serengeti, which was our favorite part of the trip. His suggestion for the Untamed Lodge was great. Msangai provides a good balance between value, expertise and quality. Once we booked the trip, Eric was very responsive to questions and in communicating our itinerary. He picked us up at the Arusha airport and is a great guy
Our driver and lifelong friend, Emmanuel, was phenomenal and an absolute pleasure to be with! I cannot recommend Emmanuel enough. His driving skills are unmatched. He's very knowledgable and took time to point out hard to see things and explain the parks and the animals. Going in the Safari crusier was so much fun. Also, the food is pretty much all inclusive and lunches were provided each day as we drove on Safari. Long story short, request Emmanuel, you will not regret it, he is such an amazing person and a Safari expert!
Also, the lodges were top notch. We stayed at Ngorongoro Manera Mountain View Lodge, Serengeti Sound of Nature, Untamed Migration Camps in Northern Serengeti and Farm of Dreams. All were phenomenal, the service and people at Serengeti Sound of Nature went above and beyond. The food was good at all the lodges. I highly recommend all these lodges - I'd just tell Zee that you want these on your trip.
One last thing. Msangai made the honeymoon very special. They had a Just Married tire cover on the back, they communicated with all the lodges that it was our honeymoon. I appreciate them communicating this with the lodges, as every night was special.
All in all, I highly, highly recommend Msangai. They have very fair prices, are incredibly knowledgable, very communicative, professional and are Safari experts! Emmanuel is the man, best Safari guide ever, request him, you will be thanking yourself for doing so!
