We had a wonderful experience with Big Time Safari during our visit to Kenya. From the start, their team was professional, flexible, and attentive to our needs. Mr. John, the manager, was patient and responsive as we discussed and finalized our Masai Mara package. The guides, Geoffrey and Simon, were knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured our safety throughout the trip. Our game drives were fantastic- well-planned and rewarding, with sightings of the Big 5 and more. Big Time Safari’s willingness to accommodate last-minute changes, such as adding a visit to Lake Naivasha, reflected their commitment to client satisfaction. In addition to the safari, we relied on Big Time Safari for city tours and airport drop-offs during the rest of our Kenya stay, and those arrangements were equally smooth. Overall, Big Time Safari delivered a well-organized, seamless, and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stress-free and enriching way to explore Kenya.

I took a trip for 03 days 02 nights with them. As a solo traveler i didn’t have to worry about anything as everything was well organised. Employees were very friendly and hopeful as well. Hope to visit with them again .

We have a 6-day safari tour with a fair price and everything's great. Especially thanks to Joy and guide Patrik. We do saw all animals we want to and our guide do a very good job. Joy's service is always on time as well. 100% recommend.

we watched all of Big Five ! Thanks to the driver's quick ride to show me the animals in a nice spot, I took a lot of great pictures. The driver Josph was kind and positive. He drives so well and he took care of my son very well. I recommend it!!
