Our 6 days – 5 nights safari in Tanzania was truly the trip of a lifetime!

From the very first moment, everything was so well organized and we felt completely taken care of.

A huge part of our incredible experience was thanks to our guide and driver, John. He was one of a kind — knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. What impressed us most was how he helped us “read” into the savannah: with his sharp eyes and years of experience, he made sure we never missed a moment. He always positioned us at the best spot to observe the animals and created opportunities we were wishing for. By the end of the trip, we felt almost like family with him.

The absolute highlight of our journey was witnessing the Great Migration crossing the Mara River — something we still cannot believe we were lucky enough to see! It was simply breathtaking.

We also want to thank Adabert for his excellent communication and planning. Every detail was handled so smoothly, and the accommodation choices were just perfect — comfortable, authentic, and always enhancing the feeling of adventure. To top it all off, the meals were consistently delicious, adding another layer of enjoyment to our days.

We came back home with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the beauty of Tanzania and its wildlife. We would recommend this tour operator without hesitation to anyone dreaming of an authentic safari experience.

We just an amazing tour to the herds migration in north Serengeti, central Serengeti and Ngurungu crater, with Top Selected Tours.
The tour was organised in very short time, by Jackson and his team. It was very well organised, to fit our exact wishes.
Jackson was very responsive to our preferred iterinrary.
The main guide and driver - Domi - was wonderful . He was very friendly, and made his best to follow our requests.
The accommodations suited our expectations.
To conclude, we highly recommend this company.

Knowledge and experience making an unforgettable East African extravaganza

We had a fantastic trouble free trip to Uganda, Rwanda, Zanzibar and Tanzania. Our guide and tour director Jackson was an incredible wealth of knowledge as one of the most experienced guides in Tanzania and had an uncanny ability to identify the best places to go-the Great Migration was a humbling and unforgettable highlight.

Jackson Kitesho from Top Selected Tours was our African tour director and personal guide for our 6 day safari across Northern & Central Serengeti, Lake Tarangire, Ngorogoro crater and Lake Munyara, Tanzania. He was fantastic with an incredible knowledge and engaging stories of local and tribal cultures, landscapes and animals. His English was excellent. He was very experienced and clearly respected by other guides. We were able to see the river crossing of the Great Migration which was one of the many highlights. Across the safaris, Jackson was able to spot animals from far away and get us up close. We felt very safe & confident with his driving. He washed his car daily so it was always a delight to start each day on safari.
Jackson organized our whole African itinerary (20 days in different countries), gave advice about what we might like to do, organized great accommodations and connected us with great local tour guides/ companies in other countries. He was very quickly responsive to my hundreds of questions on WhatsApp and gave advice as to what we needed to pack and visas. The whole trip was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we had. You couldn’t find any better and I highly recommend him and his business.

Beautiful Serengeti experience

This was my 4th safari experience after Botswana, Namibia and Kenya, but my 5 days with TST witnessing the Great Migration was the best to date! My partner and I were very lucky to be paired with Jackson who proved to be an excellent guide. He had a strong network, spoke perfect English and had the eyes of a hawk - spotting a variety of animals seemingly invisible to the untrained human eye! The accommodation and meal options were great - I would definitely recommend TST to anyone looking to experience the Serengeti in all her majestic beauty.
