Professional, experienced, allowing costumers suggestions

It was a 18 day journey in Namibia and Botswana for four. The overall programme was excellent, so was the lodging and the guides in Botswana. The price (not cheap, but...) included a very good car for the over 4000 km, including a few hundreds on "african massage" and sand roads.
Check if the proposed time schedule mainly in airport connections (both arrival and departure) fits the programme, and the proposed itinirary. As said one may suggest changes (we did it) and Duna´s are ready to do it or discuss it.
On travel there is contact with the staff so you wan´t have the feeling of beeing left on your own on a unknown country.

Namibia is a magnificent country. The lodges are generally well located, often with spectacular views, and offer every comfort. What we ask of a tour operator, and what we pay them for, is to offer an interesting programme, without too much stress (we're on holiday, after all) and, above all, a realistic programme that can be kept.
The organisation of our trip by Dunas Safari did not live up to our basic expectations. In particular, several transfers during the 3rd week (when we no longer had a hire car) were not properly planned and this meant that on several occasions we missed activities that had been included in the programme and paid for! Another couple we met during our trip, who had also used the services of Dunas Safari, experienced similar, if not more unfortunate, problems.
In comparison, Dunas Safari turned out to be much more expensive than other operators and we had the unpleasant impression that we were paying a surcharge because we were Swiss....
Apart from that, Namibia is a beautiful country, often breathtaking, which we highly recommend you visit; you'll find other excellent tour operators in Windhoek.

Absolutely thrilled with the incredible honeymoon experience Dunas Safari organised for us in Namibia! We booked the 9-Day Fly and Drive Deserts and Safari tour, and from start to finish, every aspect of our trip was flawlessly executed, surpassing all our expectations and leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Despite an unexpected flight delay for our inbound international flight to Namibia with Lufthansa (which was not booked for us by Dunas Safari), the Dunas Safari team's communication and efforts were truly remarkable. Due to the delay, we arrived in Namibia 24 hours later than planned, but they seamlessly adjusted our itinerary and ensured that the rest of our tour proceeded as smoothly as possible, demonstrating their dedication to providing exceptional service.

We want to send an extra special thank you to JP, Andrew, and Sylvia for their help and kindness before, during, and after our trip to Namibia. Their unwavering support and attention to detail truly made our journey extraordinary.

The attention to detail that Dunas Safari exhibited was evident throughout our journey. This was the second tour organized by Dunas Safari for me and my group of nine persons. The tour was fantastic, spetacular, awesome in all aspects. The guide/driver - Andrew-was excelent. Nice, always ready to answer our questions and always with a smile. The tour took us to fantastic places. Walvis Bay, the Namib Desert, Sossusvlei, Dune 45, Sesriem Cannyon, and of course Eticha Park. The Lodges were gorgeous with nices buffets for dinner etc. Summing up: a memorable tour in a very interesting country.

The tour was great, very well planned and smooth. They were even there to support enquiries outside of the tours and really on the ball in replying and sorting last minute booking out. Highly recommended.
