Everything was perfectly organized and met or exceeded our expectations

We started planning our safari journey in mid Fall of 2025. Once we settled on Botswana as a destination with a stop in Victoria Falls, we quickly realized that January is both their hot AND rainy season. We chose to go anyhow and the good news is that time of year, the travel costs are a fraction of the busy season AND you get the natural environments more to yourself. Once we were there, the issues we were concerned about were not even issues. It was warm and it did rain, but it wasn’t even remotely bad enough to impact our trip. Our agent from Off2Africa (Sian) arranged EVERYTHING from the moment we landed in Johannesburg to the day we left Botswana. We had 5 different flights in the region and more than 8 different transfers during our 9 day adventure, all of which were perfectly orchestrated by Sian AND all of which went as scheduled in real time. We stayed in 5 different lodges organized by Off2Africa and each one had something we loved, all of which were well represented by Sian. I especially loved the travel app that she utilized. It was very well organized and outlined every detail of our day to day itinerary. If I were to visit anywhere in the area again, I would contact Sian at Off2Africa to plan my adventure.

Chloe was very attentive and easy to work with. She was readily available and always was prompt in her responses. As we had no idea where to go, we put the trip entirely in Chloe's hands - and she delivered the trip of a lifetime! From our first safari to the last - everything was above our expectations.

Chloe was really helpful all the way through the booking. We had contacted 3 tour operators and Chloe was the first to respond and gave a good value comprehensive list of options. We were able to customise our trip all with the help from Chloe. The trip itself was great and I would not hesitate to recommend Muchenje Safari Lodge in Botswana for great accommodation, excellent food and fantastic guides (thanks Tips). I would use Off2Africa and Chloe again without hesitation.

Off2Africa arrangedKa our family trip to Victoria Falls and Botswana. We really did have a trip of a lifetime and will remember it always. Everything worked out perfectly, like clockwork, including airport and car pickups, airport escorts, all planned activities.

Saw more wildlife than we could have imagined!
Loved the scenery, enjoyed the different terrains of the camps

Loved the singing and dancing staff at greetings and before dinner

Not only did we see some of natures most incredible wonders, but we experience it with comfort, excellent service and with great food.
