outstanding, personalised service with exquisitely selected locations

Before our trip, we were sent a website designed especially for us, which provided detailed information about all the hotels. Numerous activities and restaurants in the area were suggested to us. Our contact person, Simone, helped us book excursions. Shortly before the trip, we had a video call with Simone and received further individual suggestions for activities on site. All of this was absolutely outstanding.
The selection of exquisite hotels was fantastic in terms of location, facilities and service. It couldn't have been better. Viatu gets 15 out of 10 points.

If you are thinking about using Viatu for your holiday adventure then stop thinking and just do it! Viatu are exceptional in every way. Communication was superb from beginning to end, the service standards impeccable and the value for money provided I think was really great for the level of holiday provided. nothing is too much trouble and I will definitely be using Viatu for my next African adventure!

Everything was perfect - organisation, pacing, hotels. We (my boyfriend and I) got jimny for travelling. We really did not like the car as its very wobbly (but some people apparently really like it). Obviously not a fault on the side of the agency but maybe good to know if you are a more scared driver. Our contact person (who was otherwise also very nice and patient with us as we were not sure until 3 weeks before the trip if we will be able to go) had some old information about visa requirements for Slovenia but that got solved very fast as well. All in all I would recommend everyone this company, give it 10/10 and would choose it again without hesitation. I am sorry they don’t do other continents as well.
