Brilliant from Start to Finish

It was our first time doing a Safari and being in Africa in General. From the first interaction on Viatu's Website until completion of the trip the support was brilliant. The website itself is super user friendly and made the planning of the trip so much easier than comparable websites. And then we had our call with Viatu and they put together a brilliant safari which exceeded our expectations. Also between booking and actually doing the safary the support is brilliant - from general tips to playlists and book recommendations, Viatu has thought of everything. Especially for first-timers, I absolutely recommend booking the safary through Viatu.

We had an extremely positive experience with Viatu travel agency. The communication and support were excellent. The service in all accommodations was also first class. Although I can't judge the price-performance ratio exactly as I haven't looked into it extensively, we were satisfied overall. We spent 21 nights in 7 accommodations along the Garden Route, starting from Cape Town with our own vehicle and returning to Kruger Park via Johannesburg with their service. Even when we had a health emergency, the travel agency offered full support and was available at any time. The clear route and defined addresses were very helpful, and the recommendations for highlights at the different locations saved us mistakes. We would definitely book it again through Viatu.

Amazing experience, great itinerary

I booked a custom made 11 day trip through Namibia. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with and smoothed out by the Viatu team. Overall, my experience working with Alex on the team was incredible! She made the itinerary very straightforward and easy to follow the entire way, and advised me so much on what to do in each of the places that I visited. I feel she went above and beyond to make my trip as seamless as possible, and I really appreciate that. Overall, great job by the team.

Viato organised an amazing Garden Route adventure for my family. Every detail was taken care of from accommodation, travel logistics, destinations and activities. We had beautiful accommodations with scenic views. The whole family enjoyed the mixture of activities with something for everyone, from relaxation time to fun hiking adventures. We also had delicious food and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Viato created a great trip that truly let us explore South Africa's beauty.
