Just perfect
Our experience was just perfect.
Before the safari:
Patrick took care of us since our first enquiry, which was actually one of the aspects that convinced us to choose this agency. Complete availability in trying to customize the safari based on our necessities. Provided all documentation we asked to ensure the agency is reliable.
During the safari:
Eric was just the best guide ever. He knows everything about any possible animal, knows where to go to spot them, was always ready to answer all our questions not only about the safari itself, but also about life in Kenya in general. Super patient, super wise, super kind and responsible. The drive was always safe. He knows the timings and when it's worth to keep looking out.

Just as described, loved them all

Choice of the tour:
Amboseli, Taita, Tsavo East. We could see almost every animal but rhinos (cheetahs were hiding but were there). The landscape on the parks was just impressive. From Amboseli we were also lucky enough to see the Kilimangiaro. Even the roads from one park to another are worth looking out - we could see a lot of animals there too, as they pass close to corridors for the animals to be able to move around and eventually migrate.

I did a 3.5 day safari to Amboseli, Tsavo West, and Tsavo East, and had a wonderful time.
I had a great experience on my three and a half day safari to three parks. Patrick was very communicative, and my guide Simon went above and beyond to make sure we saw as much as possible. Saw all kinds of animals including lions and cheetahs, and I had really special close observations of elephants. There were countless other zebras, giraffes, buffalo, baboons, all manor of antelope, plus so many more. The landscape alone was breathtaking and worth the trip. Simon knew a ton about the behavior and habits of the animals and shared it all with good humor and patience. It was a truly special experience, all as described in the itinerary, and I would definitely book with Matteo again.

positive and disappointing moments
We went on a 5-day safari in Kenya and overall our experience had both very positive and disappointing moments. Patrick helped us a lot with organizing the trip. He booked exactly the hotels we wanted and was extremely kind and patient while we were deciding. We told him precisely what we wanted to do and which routes we wanted to follow, and he did his best to accommodate our plans.
Unfortunately, the last day was very problematic. Our driver left us at a café for over an hour while the car was taken for inspection because we had a long distance to cover. After he finally picked us up and we had been driving for about 30 minutes, the car broke down right as we entered Tsavo National Park. We were stuck there for more than 6 hours, and as a result we lost the entire day. It became dark, and although we had paid the park entrance fee, we were unable to see anything inside the park. Since we were supposed to stay in Tsavo for only one day, this was very disappointing for us, as we had no time to explore it at all. In the end, we had to book an additional day, which cost us a significant extra amount of money, just so we could finally visit the park.
Despite Patrick’s excellent service and effort, the issues on the final day caused a lot of stress and disappointment and strongly affected what should have been one of the highlights of our trip.

Great Safari!
We had an absolutely amazing time on our four-day safari for our small group of 7 people! Our guide, Philipp was fantastic! He guided us perfectly through the whole trip, shared a lot of fascinating knowledge about the animals, and proved to be an excellent driver. Everything went exactly as agreed with Patrick beforehand, and the entire experience ran smoothly from start to finish. The price-performance ratio was also excellent! We felt we got great value for what we paid. We can highly recommend this safari tour – everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed it very, very much!
