Communications: Oscar was responsive and communication was smooth and easy throughout the trip.
Service: The airport transfers, safari arrangements, and accommodation were all very well organized.
Value for money: The overall service and experience were well worth the money I paid.
Reliability: Oscar delivered on the commitments he made beforehand, and the whole itinerary was carried out reliably and as planned.

We really enjoyed our 5-day safari and were lucky enough to see the Big Five as well as many other animals. Our guide was friendly, although we would have appreciated a bit more information about the animals and their behavior. The campsites were mostly good, with one being a little less nice than the others. We also met some lovely people on the trip. The food was great overall, although it was a little repetitive.

My safari experience with Kale Voyage was absolutely incredible. I felt very well taken care of throughout the whole trip. Oscar and Marlon are wonderful. Oscar communicates with you over WhatsApp but you meet Marlon in person, he’s so kind and you can ask him for anything you need. I won’t spoil all of the amazing things we saw but it was a truly unforgettable experience. Kale voyage gives you a lot of little touches that make the experience extra special. There’s no wifi in the Serengeti (of course) but they even provided a little portable wifi box with 10gbs so that I could contact my family!

If you’re deciding who to tour with, I highly recommend kale voyage!!
