I'd like to thank Safari Update Travels for an amazing trip we had during the 1st week of July. I had some concerns transferring money to the unknown company but on fact everything starting from meet&greet in the airport and to the end of our travel has been perfectly arranged. Special thanks to our driver Nelson which was very patient and punctual.

We had amazing 7 days of safari travelling around various parks and staying in amazing hotels. In my opinion the the route was organized in a best possible way and we managed to see 5 different places in 7 days.
The weather was perfect. Parks were not crowded at all by that period of year while there were plenty of animals in all the parks.

It was a big surprise for us to get same pleasant gifts by the end of our tour.

Safari Update Travels facilitated our first trip to the continent and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience. We prioritized working with a local firm and they listened to our budget and what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go, our priorities, etc., and planned and executed a perfect itinerary with resort stay, safari, wildlife spotting and so much generosity and care. We highly recommend booking with them!

We took a family trip with this operator in July of 2024. We paid more than was required by the operator and the operator has since refused to refund us the overcharge. The operator has also been unpleasant to deal with. I recommend avoiding this tour operator and finding a different tour.

Our experience was amazing! The tour operator has been very helpful since the beginning to support us for the planning of the trip. During all the time of the safari the driver has been very nice and interested in showing us as many animals as possible. The lodge was comfortable and the food delicious. We recommend this tour operator!
