Efficient, responsive, friendly tour for our trip to Kenya and Tanzania
The overall experience with Dosasha Tours, we are quite happy with it. We joined the Kenya and Tanzania tour package.
Dosasha arranged all the drivers, tour guides, and hotels for us in both countries very well. What I really liked about Dosasha was their efficiency. I communicated with them via WhatsApp, and they always replied as soon as possible.
In Kenya, I had an issue with bug bites. After I informed them, they contacted the hotel and arranged a room change for me. They even contacted the hotel pic to buy medicine for me to apply, which I really appreciated.
Thanks to the tour guides, we managed to see all the Big Five! All the guides spoke English, which made communication much easier for us.
Dosasha Tour was also quite flexible. Since it was just the two of us, we planned to join their budget group tour, but we were able to upgrade our hotels — which we were happy about. Of course, there was an additional charge, but we were willing to pay for the better experience.
On the last day, since our flight was at 12 a.m. (midnight), they brought us to some local and souvenir shops before heading to the airport. This wasn’t part of the original schedule, so we really appreciated the extra effort.
Although there were some minor issues — for example, we were once asked to switch to a public minibus when traveling between Kenya and Tanzania (or the other way around). At that time, we were a bit confused because no one clearly guided us on what to do, and we were just left waiting. But in the end, it was a small issue. It might have been better if we had asked more questions beforehand, as we didn’t really check the details of the arrangement.
In conclusion, we had a memorable and enjoyable trip with Dosasha Tour. Despite a few small hiccups, everything was well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. Their quick response, flexibility, and helpful service made us feel well taken care of throughout the journey. We would definitely consider traveling with them again and would recommend Dosasha Tour to anyone planning a trip to Kenya and Tanzania.

Everything is beyond expectations.
Dosasha is a very conscientious agency. One day, I complained to them that there were too many people in the vehicle. The next day, I was transferred to a new vehicle with only two people. They are very efficient. Also, their prices are very competitive.

The best .
It is the best agency in Kenya . Please choose it ! Best service and nice price

Wonderful!
This is the best safari organizer! I contacted the Dosasha company while I was at home in Russia. They sent me several safari options, were friendly, answered all my questions. It was possible to make an advance payment by card. It is convenient. All agreements were observed. We were picked up from the hotel at the time that was discussed. Then we went to the office, where we made the full payment in cash dollars. It is convenient that there was no need to change a large sum for shillings. After that, we were put in a jeep, we waited for other safari participants and hit the road. An excellent 6-day safari awaited us. We saw many animals, drove 12 hours a day, the drivers gave it their all. They are sincerely interested in tourists seeing as much as possible. We sold in good camps and hotels. Having paid for a budget safari, I expected to see very basic rooms, but I was surprised, because we had excellent mattresses, clean linen, a private bathroom. The food was also good. I would like to separately note the work of the driver named Moses. He always stopped so that we could get the best photos! I saw photos of tourists who went with him to Masai Mara - in them, a leopard with prey was walking right next to the jeep. These were excellent photos! I can imagine what impressions these tourists received. Unfortunately, we did not see a leopard. But it was Moses who showed us a cheetah. We were driving along Amboseli, when he stopped on the road. At first, we did not understand who we were looking for there, and then in the distance we saw a family of cheetahs. I do not know how Moses spotted them, binoculars and cameras coped with difficulty. He has excellent eyesight and a sense of animals. Our first driver, Wilson, was also good - showed us a lot of interesting things, took care of us on the road. I recommend you contact Dosash's company if you want to get a great safari!

If you want to enjoy the wild nature of Africa, “Dosasha Tours and Safaris” this is for you.
The organization was great. We ordered the safari in advance (three months before it was held), they immediately sent us a bulletin about how the safari would go and how much it would cost. They organized the safari for us the way we wanted, although there was no standard safari. We were picked up from the hotel, taken and put in a jeep for the safari. Payment was made before the safari. At the beginning there was a small advance of 100 US dollars. You could pay by credit card, but in this case there is a 5% commission, you can pay in cash in US dollars, Euro, Kenyan shillings or M-Pesa. The safari guides were professional. We saw the big 5 animals of Kenya. There are no comments regarding accommodation in hotels and lodges. The change of jeeps and guides, as our tour was non-standard, went great and very conveniently.
The safari and its price were practically completely in line with the brochure sent to us at the beginning (one hotel was replaced with a similar one, which did not cause any unpleasant emotions).
Value for money - I would give it the highest rating.
