Terrible !!
do not book with this company - they are all lies.
they use 3rd party operators and don't care what happens after you've paid.
most horrible of horrible of experience.
joshua,the so called manager does not respond. staff say ,i just work here, sorry.
4 day safari costing over $2300/person - unmarked vehicle used is falling apart ,old, windows hardly work, breakdowns on all 4 days spending hours repairing the vehicle.
less than half the day spent on safari. guide has no clue of lodges - gets lost every nite, driving around for hours in the dark.
3rd party operator used 5 different companies to transport us , none of them have ever heard of moria,including other company guides that we met. not one moria vehicle was seen, do they even exist.
sub standard accommodation used after showing lodges that they said we would be accommodated in. changed lodges without informing us until we on our way to safari.
do not part with your hard earned money, these guys are fake - they will desert you once you've paid . when staff are contacted they will say they have no authority - joshua is the manager.
i am spreading this far & wide in as many platforms as possible, don't don't book with these people please !!!
furthermore, I believe they are using locals to write fake reviews to make them look good - beware !!!!

the manager, joshua has come back to me - he says that breakdowns are acceptable due to road conditions - nothing can be done !!!
the strange part is that we did not see another vehicle that broke down, in other words ,they are not interested.
again - i urge all of you - do not book thru this company, you will regret it !!!
14th january 2026 - i write again as joshua undertook to get a refund for a flight i could not use due to the unrest - asked me to provide proof , which i did - has not bothered to come back to me and does not answer my calls - further proof that this company cannot be trusted.
just take a look at all the 5 star reviews - all written by locals, most have only written 1 review - all with a similar review - fake fake fake - all the real reviews are the 1 star which should be zero stars.
once again - do not book with this company - you will regret it !!!!
Wonderful Safari Experience with a Few Helpful Notes
Overall, we had a wonderful time on safari in Tanzania. Moria Tours was punctual and even picked us up partway from Serval Wildlife, which was very convenient. The drivers were incredibly kind and took the time to teach us some Swahili phrases, which was both helpful and a beautiful insight into the culture.
We truly enjoyed learning how to make coffee at Materuni Falls—it was a memorable and enriching experience. That evening, we stayed at Charity Hall Hotel. While it was clean and functional, it felt more like a budget hotel and was not our favorite. In the future, we would likely pay closer attention to the hotel selections provided.
On day two, our early-morning hot air balloon experience was absolutely amazing. Although the transfer driver from the hotel to the balloon launch site arrived late, he did his best to get us there as quickly as possible. The hot air balloon experience with Miracle was breathtaking. Because there were so few guests, we were actually the only ones in the balloon, which made it extra special. We saw elephants, lions, and many other animals. The captain was extremely knowledgeable, and the entire team worked seamlessly together. The breakfast afterward was beautifully prepared, clean, and thoughtfully organized.
The driver who transferred us to Tarangire Safari was also very knowledgeable, which added to the experience. One suggestion we would offer is clearer communication about how many people will be in the safari Land Cruiser. We have long legs, and being seated in the back with a full vehicle was quite uncomfortable and, at times, painful. In the future, limiting the vehicle to four or five guests might greatly improve comfort.
Another helpful improvement would be providing advance information about luggage limits in the Land Cruiser. We were not aware that we could not bring all of our bags, which caused some last-minute coordination and stress.
Our Ngorongoro experience the following day was also very nice. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the other passengers were lively and fun. Our only note was regarding the secondary hotel, which did not have air conditioning. This was particularly difficult for my husband, as the heat made the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience seeing so many incredible animals and exploring Tanzania. With clearer communication around vehicle space, luggage limits, and hotel amenities, the experience could be even better for future guests.

Joshua arranged everything for us prior to our arrival .from pick up from the airport till our departure from Tanzania .
Our driver Elisha had knowledge about the Tarangire park and Ngorongoro park .He could find spots and animals .our photographer Ibra took the best photos of us .
A wonderful and unforgettable lexperience .

The tour guide Joshua was arrange everything perfect.
Our driver Elisha was really good driver, he knows and he can recognize the animals from far away,
and I'm brave Photographer is such a nice guide, with many perfect clicks, in orderyo relax and enjoy your experience, without any worries to take photos.
Memorable Safari with incredible Animal sightings throughout
I went on the 5-day all-around Northern Tanzanian Safari experience, through Tarangire, Serengeti, Manyara, and Ngorongoro National parks. Each was an amazing experience truly, my guides over all 5 game drives providing useful information throughout and driving to strategic anima viewpoints. Saw Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, Elephant, Giraffe, Hippo, Zebra, and even Rhino from a distance! Driving through the grasslands across these stunning lands was the perfect scenic backdrop, and as I was a solo traveler meeting all the awesome people who paired with me on this journey added to the experience. Please go with Moria, they will give your dreams reality!
