Great first safari, reliable and trustworthy operator
We found Bigmac through this site, and, from the moment we contacted them, they were prompt to reply, helpful, and informative. We decided to go with their recommendation to visit Samburu, and we are so glad that we took their advice. The tour was competitively priced, we went for the Luxury option and all the hotels lived up to expectations. Christine was our contact throughout, and we were pleased to meet her on the first day. Our Landcruiser was older than some we saw, but it was comfortable and reliable. Ben, our driver, was excellent at coping with the extremely challenging driving conditions, and was patient with our requests. Everything ran very smoothly, including the bank transfer and cash payment. We are hoping to return soon, and Bigmac would be our first (or only) choice to travel with - especially as Ben told us that we are now part of the Bigmac family!

Excellent and trustworthy Tour Operator
Excellent safari with this Tour Operator.
I took 4 days - 3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
Everything went on smoothly. We could do what we expected. Except for rhinos, we could see all the other big animals.
Don't forget that you are there for them... They are not there for You.
In 2-3 days, you will probably be happy with the observation of the wildlife.
We were upgraded in terms of accommodation. Alama Camp Mara was just amazing.
Ben is a calm and excellent driver. Very knowledgeable too.
Well organized safari experience
We did the tour in February 2025 for 5 days. We visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara and our tour guide was Ben. It was a lot of fun and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and made the safari an unforgettable experience. He took care of us and went out of his way to make sure we got to see and experience everything these national parks had to offer. The booking experience with Bigmac was straightforward as well. Would highly recommend.

Best safari company with the best guides / drivers
I have chosen my own private tour. If you can not find the tour that they are promoting please ask BIG MAC Safaris to put one together. That was for me a perfect way to choose exactly what I wanted. Magdalena and Cristine have helped me before and during the tour on a great way. The service is excellent and the drivers perfect. I went with 2 friends and we had a jeep with the three of us with the guide / driver Joseph who was excellent. Friendly and a lot of knowledge about the national parks, animal life ect ect Thanks to him we had a great holiday.
The accommodations are fantastic, food is great, people all really friendly. One word amazing.
We went to Samburu National Park, Ol Peteja, Lake Navaisha, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Ambolseli Nationa Park, Tvaso West and Tvaso East.
