Geoffrey was very responsive and service focused, all details unfolded as per plan.

Our tour operator Geoffrey was kind and responded to all questions almost immediately, communication was clear. Our safari guide and driver was Eric Bande, we can’t say enough good things about Eric. He wanted to ensure we experienced everything a safari could offer. He was incredibly knowledgeable regarding all animals, birds, geography and history. He was kind, thoughtful and had a great sense of humour. We would certainly recommend Family Leisure Vacations to deliver a great safari experience.

The guide was the best asset

The Hotels were very nice.
The jeep was nice.
But it was Erik Bande, our guide, which made tge experience awsome.
He was happy all the time. You could tell how much he enjoys his job. He knows the animals. He was so friendly but really able to give us space when we needed it.
We totally adore him.

My daughter did all the research into the best company to travel with for a tour of Kenya, and I couldn’t be prouder of her for choosing Family Leisure Safaris. From my very first contact with Geoffrey, everything was handled superbly. He was knowledgeable, professional and offered excellent advice on the most suitable parks and lodges for our stay.

We visited the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru National Park, Naivasha and Amboseli National Park, and each had its own unique charm. We were incredibly fortunate to see the Big Five, along with countless other animals and birds. Geoffrey kept his promise of providing the newest jeep, and we were assigned the most outstanding guide I’ve ever encountered – Shem.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were given the warmest welcome, complete with thoughtful gifts presented by the directors, Geoffrey and Wislay. It was such a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely valued, it’s not every day you’re greeted by the directors themselves.

Shem was brilliant, friendly, enthusiastic and completely dedicated to making sure we had the best possible experience. We quickly formed a great rapport with him. He always put our interests first, made sure we saw an incredible range of wildlife and birds, and his driving was consistently smooth and reassuring.

All in all, it was truly the trip of a lifetime and the perfect way to celebrate our eldest daughter successfully completing university. When we return to Kenya and I very much hope we will Family Leisure Safaris will be our first choice, and Shem will most certainly be our guide again.

The safari that Family Leisure Safari’s organised for myself and my family was a holiday of a lifetime. We needed to change a few of the timings etc before going and nothing was too much trouble. The communication was good from the beginning until the end.

Our driver was a credit to the company, polite, informative and going above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss anything on our trip. The hotels over exceeding our expectations, along with the animal parks, and we were lucky enough to see a large number of animals. The four varied accommodations gave unique experiences and memories which we will never forget.

I would highly recommend booking a safari with Family Leisure Safaris.
