The Half Day Lion Park tour from Johannesburg With tour guide Carson was exceptional!

We had an 24 hr overnight layover in Johannesburg and were looking for an itinerary to start off our first visit to South Africa! We found the perfect start to our 3 week wildlife adventure in the Half Day Lion Park tour from Johannesburg. Carson picked us up at the hotel and took care of everything, handing us off to an amazing park guide named Togo! The Animal experience was top notch!! Carson wen’t above and beyond expectations to ensure we had the best experience and delivered us back to our Hotel with big smiles!! Thank you Carson and MoAfrica for an exceptional experience!

Martin is a just a expert in his job, he’s funny he knows everything about the animals. Impressive

We booked a 2 day safari, with a night in very luxurious tent with own bathroom.

We got picked up at Johannesburg and drove in a very comfortable and new bus/van to pilanesberg with one stop for food toilets etc.

From the meeting point we got picked up with safari cars which are very comfortable as well, we got the opportunity to see many animals even the most of the big five, our Guide Martin did an awesome job really he had communication truth radio with other guides who told us what or who we gonna see where - just amazing.

The food the service the experience just everything was worth every minute of time and money. We recommend!!

My dad and I were so impressed with this park. Martin is an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the African animals. At the beginning of our tour, a couple minutes in, we saw giraffes and zebras. We got to see rhinos, elephants, lions and a rare sight of a cheetah. Will come back to do this again and we’ll request Martin!!!

Our full day tour of Soweto with lunch and then the apartheid museum was excellent. Carson our tour leader did a fabulous job of providing interesting history and folklore about our various sites. Additionally, he was an excellent driver and answered a lot of our general questions about South Africa and the Pretoria and Johannesburg area. We had an excellent lunch of Local fare. Throughout our trip, we felt well cared for and safe. I would highly recommend this store company, and if I had more time in Johannesburg, I would ask for Carson to be my guide again.

Our tour guide, Carson, was so knowledgeable and helpful! He took us on a tour throughout Soweto providing details about history, daily life, and pointing out important landmarks with frequent stops for photo opportunities and questions. We stopped at a lunch spot where we enjoyed local cuisine and then went on to take in the Apartheid Museum at our leisure. I highly recommend this tour group. I felt like I was in safe, capable hands and I learned so much!
