An Absolutely Perfect Safari Experience from Start to Finish
5/5

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Peak Season Africa Safaris and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. From the very first contact to the end of our trip, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.

A very special thank you goes to Peter, who did an outstanding job organizing our entire trip. Everything was exactly as discussed and planned beforehand – from the hotels and activities to all the transfers and logistics. There were no unpleasant surprises whatsoever; quite the opposite, everything was even better than we had hoped for. The communication with Peter was excellent throughout the entire planning process. He always responded incredibly quickly and was extremely helpful and reliable. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish and never had to worry about anything ourselves.

Even beyond the original planning, the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and unforgettable trip. The level of care, support and organization was truly exceptional.

We also want to give a special shout-out to our guide Dennis, who was with us throughout our journey. He drove us safely through the country, was always in a great mood and greeted us with a smile every day. As our safari guide, he made the experience even more special with his knowledge, interesting facts and great sense of humor. We always felt comfortable with him, and he created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip.

Thanks to Peter, Dennis and the entire team, we had an unforgettable time in Kenya and created so many amazing memories. A truly perfect experience from beginning to end – we couldn’t have asked for a better tour operator!

5/5 stars – highly recommended!

Fantastic Experience
5/5

A truly unforgettable experience! The organization was flawless from start to finish: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with punctuality, professionalism, and meticulous attention to our needs.

Special praise goes to our driver David, who made the safari even more special. He was always available, kind, and professional, demonstrating a profound knowledge of the wildlife and the area. Thanks to his experience, we were able to experience truly thrilling animal encounters and discover many details we would have otherwise missed.

We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to experience a worry-free African safari, relying on competent and passionate people. A fantastic experience that we will cherish forever!

A professional and reliable tour operator that delivers a seamless and well-organized Kenyan safari
5/5

My girlfriend and I recently completed a wonderful trip to Kenya, visiting Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha. The organization was spot on, and everything ran smoothly at every stage of the tour.

If I may offer a quick practical suggestion regarding the itinerary, I’d recommend starting in Amboseli and saving the Masai Mara for last: the density of wildlife and the landscape in the Mara set the bar extremely high right from the start.

A special note of appreciation goes to our driver, Sebastian, who was consistently professional, attentive behind the wheel, and always ready to accommodate our needs throughout the drives.

A reliable and serious operator that I would happily recommend to anyone looking to organize a safari in Kenya.

Amazig days!
5/5

The trip was truly amazing and I really enjoyed everything. A special thank you to Sebastian, who was an excellent guide: always kind, helpful, attentive and professional. He made the safari even more enjoyable and shared his passion with us throughout the experience☺️. And most importantly, he was the only guide who could understand my terrible English 😂

As a small suggestion, I would have preferred to do the trip the other way around, starting in Amboseli and ending in the Masai Mara, so that we could finish with the park that probably creates the highest expectations.

Overall, I am really happy with the experience and I will take home wonderful memories from this trip!

Our money, over $2500 US dollar cash was stolen inside the Safari jeep that we took for Masai Mara safari tour. My main contact for this safari tour is Peetah from Peak Season Africa Safaris company, who repeatedly asked us to bring cash to settle the balance. On the morning when the safaris tour was about to begin, our tour driver brought us to the parking lot of Peak Season company’s office. When Peetah and I met at the parking lot, I took out the cash from my bag pack when Peetah actually saw exactly where the cash came out from. When I step away from the Safari jeep with Peetah to the inside of the building, I found out that my old phone came out from my bag pack and realized that my bag pack was touched by someone while I was away, my money was stolen during that short period of time. When the stealing was actually happening, our tour driver and my wife was actually standing outside on the driver side of the jeep, and they didn’t notice the theft, except that our tour driver saw someone walking by on the passenger side of the jeep. We can’t afford to lose time to report to the police, and our tour driver suggested to write this on the Peak Season’s review. Bottom line is that our tour driver failed to protect our property from stealing, I wouldn’t recommend to use this company.

Halo Mr Wei,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the review you posted on 14/8/26. It is true you booked a 3 day trip with us.

I can confirm that this trip was successful and you did not express any dissatisfaction throughout the trip.

Regarding your lost money;

We always advise our clients to bring the balance in cash or initiate a Bank transfer in advance so as to avoid wasting much time on the departure day and also incurring extra credit surcharge fees.

On the 1st day in the morning when you (Mr Wei) was beginning your safari you said you would pay some balance in cash and some by card. We generated the payment link which didn't work since you did not inform your Bank you were traveling and the Bank had put a limit on your card.

Mr Wei you requested us to instead take you to the local ATM to withdraw the balance. You ended up paying the balance by cash less 244$ which you promised to clear inside the car. At the ATM you informed me that you left another 5000$ in the car and you would sort the difference of 244$ before departing (This is a contradicting statement from what you said earlier that you had NO enough cash with you and the reason we took you to the ATM).

Going back to the car you said that your $2000 plus 2 credit cards were missing from the bag (This is another contradicting statement. In your review posted above you have indicated that you lost 2500$).

We decided to let you start the Safari without demanding the PENDING balance of 244$ since time was now not on our side and you were driving all the way to Masai Mara. You are aware you still owe us 244$ upto now.

In the evening I, Peter reached out to you just to know how you were fairing on. To my surprise you were very rude and was not cooperating with us in our investigations.

We requested the driver to bring you back to the office on the last day of your trip so that we would discuss this more and find a solution before you leaving the Country. To our surprise you informed the driver that you were not intending to meet anyone in Nairobi and instructed the driver to drop you at the Airport.

Our DIRECTOR reached out to you as well but you still seemed rude and non cooperative ( I have attached the whatsapp conversation to this email).

We are still willing and ready to help you unfold the circumstances under which you might have lost the money . We hope you can co-operate with us.

kind regards
Peter Otuoma
