Our trip to Tanzania was truly an incredible experience, and a big part of what made it so special was the wonderful team who took care of us throughout the journey.
A special thank you to Amina, our travel agent, who was so helpful, responsive, and thoughtful in organizing our trip. Everything was planned so well, and we always felt supported and taken care of. Her attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
We are especially grateful to Emanuel, our driver, for his kindness and patience throughout the trip. Traveling with children and my dad can sometimes require extra understanding and flexibility, and Emanuel was incredibly patient, caring, and accommodating. He always made sure everyone was comfortable and never rushed us. His calm and friendly nature made a big difference to our experience.
And a big shout-out to Tomany, whose energy and enthusiasm were absolutely contagious! His excitement for Tanzania, the wildlife, and the safari made every day even more fun and memorable. You could truly see how passionate he is about what he does.
From the breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife to the wonderful people we met along the way, Tanzania gave our family memories that we will cherish for years to come. ❤️

One of the best agencies I’ve ever booked with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They take care of every little detail, which makes such a difference when you’re travelling. Everything was perfectly organised, and you always feel like someone is looking after you.

The guides are amazing and really know the destination. They took us to some of the best spots and made every experience even more special with their knowledge and recommendations.

And Amina deserves a special mention. She is absolutely incredible, always checking that everything is going well, always available when you need her, and paying attention to every little detail throughout the trip.

You can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and want you to have the best possible experience. Couldn’t recommend them enough! ❤️

awesome pre-season 3 days in Serengeti/Ngorongoro

I took a 3 days private budget trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with this team in the pre-season in mid-June.

What matters:
Organizing the trip: Responsive communication, flexible with special requests.
The car: a newer 4x4 pop-up roof land cruiser in 2x2x3 seat configuration. (This configuration allows walking between the seats so it is easier to take photos.)
The camps: The tented accommocations were well beyond my expectations, by far the best of the 3 safaris I had. (the other 2 were in Kenya)

We had an unforgettable 3-day safari with Surprise Adventure, and everything was beyond our expectations! From the start, Amina made the booking process seamless—she was patient, professional, and attentive to every detail, making sure we had the perfect itinerary.

Our driver and guide, Joseph, was simply outstanding. His deep knowledge of the wildlife, warm personality, and incredible spotting skills made the experience so much richer. He always made sure we were comfortable, safe, and in the best positions to enjoy the sights.

The entire safari was well-organized, from the lodges to the game drives, and it was clear that the team truly cares about creating memorable experiences.

I would highly recommend Surprise Adventure, especially with Joseph as your guide and Amina as your booking agent. They made this trip one we’ll cherish for a lifetime!

Amina provided us with various options available for our 5 day Serengeti Safari. Ahe booked very nice tented camps matching our budget and needs.

She was prompt in answering mg our queries. The guide - Tuma she provided for our Safari was very knowledgeable.
