Booking through an overseas travel agency for the first time was a big decision, but Just Do Destinations exceeded all expectations. Our journey through Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa was flawlessly organized and thoughtfully paced, with an itinerary that included both must-see highlights and hidden gems we would never have discovered on our own.
What truly set the experience apart was the personal touch – Jen and her team have established relationships with safari lodges and accommodations, which meant added perks like room upgrades and surprise tours. Transitions between countries were safe, smooth, and time-efficient, which allowed us to enjoy the trip without logistical stress.
From the beautifully crafted online tour brochure to professional Zoom meetings, every interaction made us feel like valued clients. The secure payment system was easy to use, and we appreciated the ongoing support even when we had a slight delay with our bank.

We booked our Honeymoon to Mozambique through Just Do Destinations. It was a seamless process and saved us having to do bookings in a different currency etc. Our trip was fantastic, we just had to arrive and enjoy, everything else was taken care of. We got sent lots of information about the trip prior to our departure and felt that we were in great hands. Would definitely book through them again.

We had a fantastic trip to the Kruger National Park arranged by JD Destinations. The accommodation options were lovely and it was great to have Donna ensuring that everything ran smoothly during our trip.

JD destinations organized our whole camping trip, everything went according to schedule and there were no glitches at all, the places where we stayed were lovely and stop overs were well planned in terms of seeing so many highlights of the country in the time we spent travelling.
It was an absolute pleasure to not have to worry about any travel plans and JD destinations were available at all times during our travels to attend to any problems we might have encountered, there weren't any!

We used JD for our honeymoon in Namibia! It is a luxurious service, so perhaps more on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it. Our personal tour operator was truly wonderful from start to finish - very kind, flexible and we felt supported throughout. In the throws of planning a wedding, to have had JD look after us for the honeymoon element was really very welcome. They helped us design a fabulous desert route throughout Namibia and we were welcomed beautifully everywhere we stayed.
