Although we ultimately didn’t book our Namibia trip with Viatu, I would like to once again thank Luisa for her extremely competent advice, her individually tailored travel suggestions, as well as the straightforward communication and her always timely responses.

We were more than happy to have chosen viatu for our special trip. They prepared us a lovely route, let us select between wonderful stays and we could modify almost everything. They also provided helpful recommendations for on the go and were always reachable if we had questions or short-term requests. We would definitely go via viatu again to any country in Africa.

Friendly, courteous contact who fulfilled all requests

All special requests were fulfilled, and the contact person was always available during the trip.
This meant she was able to help us spontaneously when we missed our connecting flight on arrival and therefore arrived in Namibia a day late. The rebooking of our accommodation and rental car went smoothly.
