Songe knew all the right places to go for viewing all the animals, plus he taught me some Swahili!

I don't expect this to be printed, but I think it is necessary to address these unfortunate events. The Landcruiser that we were put in was very poor. The windows were very difficult to slide, even though my husband spent time working on them. Also, the window handle would not stay on the passenger side next to the driver. PLUS, I had a VERY difficult time rolling it up and down all day long to take pictures.
WORSE thing of all is that it is very difficult to climb up into the seat as the vehicle is so high above the ground for short, 5' people. Having to pull myself up that high numerous times a day damaged my rotator cuff in arm/shoulder and I will find out Jan. 4, '26 if I need surgery.
SOLUTION: If Spirit of Kenya (and other tour operators as well) REALLY CARE about the comfort of their travelers, they should keep in the vehicle a FOLDABLE STEP STOOL. I have one that I use at home to get into my cabinets. They are light, some fold up as small as approx. 8x10x1" and they cost under $10. This is a MUST HAVE for short travelers to avoid damaging their rotator cuffs and to make it much easier and faster to get into the high seat of the Landcruiser. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MY ADVICE if you care about short people. Thank you!

Our tour guide is Mr Songe and we are highly recommended him as he is very well experience in searching for animals in National Park. Our schedule is flexible and relax so that we won’t be so tired after our long haul flight.

Plus, he is outgoing and easy spoke person whom all of us like him very much.

We were very well taken care of. Credit goes to our tour guide, Songe, who was reliable, easy to negotiate with, and able to fulfill most of our requests.

The game drives were fun. It would be good if binoculars could be provided for future drives.

The accommodation was generally good. However, I would suggest reconsidering the accommodation option at Lake Naivasha, as it was below our expectations in terms of food and cleanliness.

We enjoyed the beautiful views at Lake Naivasha, saw lots of animals in Nakuru, and were amazed by Maasai Mara. The team made sure everything went smoothly and safely.

I recommend this safari for anyone who wants a well-planned trip with great service and good value.

William organized everything well, and Samuel was a great guide.
