Great experience
We had a great experience from the early stages of planning our 2 week trip to Rwanda with Hadar and Benilde. Hadar was always available, very responsive and knowledgeable and helped us tweak our plans to almost perfection. During our trip there were a few issues that came up (accommodation and activities) that needed to be resolved and Hadar was quick to respond and address them to our greatest satisfaction. Our driver and guide Emile was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable.

An excellent local guide was selected, and the accommodations were good and suited our needs. Hadar came up with the perfect tour for us. She was super attentive and provided us with the best service we could have hoped for.Everything was so well-organized, yet flexible whenever needed.We all fell in love with our guide J.P - Rwanda was not the same without him. His knowledge was very thorough, we learned so much from him - about the country, history, the people, animals... and we enjoyed his company very much.
