A brutal safari

We felt right at home, but surrounded by animals 😂 We saw tons of wildlife, including elephants just a meter away, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, vultures, and even a hyena. It was an unforgettable experience, and everything was very well organized. A huge thank you to Rafiki Tembo Tours for making it possible!

We had three wonderful and authentic days with Lowassa in Mikumi National Park.
We loved learning stories about life in Africa. We enjoyed watching the animals from an open jeep and experiencing the very special African light.
Thank you for the simplicity and for fulfilling all our wishes.
We would definitely book a safari with you again.
Rafiki also helped us repeatedly throughout the rest of our vacation and had a solution for everything.
The tour operator booked the ferry to Zanzibar for us, organized taxi rides for us, and was there to help and advise us.

It was my first safari tour, and what can I say? The two days in Mikumi National Park were absolutely stunning and moving. The incredible expanse of the landscape, seeing so many wild animals up close, the beautiful base camp, and the excellent organization – it was simply perfect.
