Janien was extremely nice and helpful throughout the booking process, by providing different options, and always responding fast. Due to an airline flight change, we had to cancel a night we had already paid for, and we got our money back without any trouble or delay. We had a great experience booking through Gems of Africa and are specially grateful to Janien.
