We enjoyed our tour with East Africa Safari Tours.

We were a bit hesitant booking this tour, but were set at ease with the clear communication from Anna regarding our tour. Our guide, Sam, arrived early and we were on our way from Kigali to Volcano's National Park. Sam was an excellent driver and tour guide. He and Anna helped us with an oversight on our part when checking in for our tour.

We loved our Golden Monkey tour through East Africa Safari Tours and only wished we had more time to book other excursions.

Anna was very helpful and even though everything was at the very last moment she understood my situation and did the maximum to make my dream to see gorillas in Volcano park come true. She answered all my questions and reassured me that it is absolutely ok to travel on my own. My guide was very nice, helped with everything. He collected me in Kigali, drove me there and on the way back we stopped at the Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Permit to see gorillas is expensive but it is an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend Anna more highly.

The hotels were excellent. We always received excellent, personalized support for our family, allowing us to fully enjoy the trip.

They did all in their maens to make it a fantastic holliday. We really had the vacation we wanted.

We had a very nice vacation. The guide was very nice and helpfull. All the lodges/ hotels were as expected. The food was excellent.
We really experianced Rwanda in a good way!
The price was more than correct!
Would surely advice this tour operator.

i contacted several companies and chose East Africa Safari Tours dues to the responsive, personalised approach. My trip was individualised to match my requests, budget and time frame. last minute changes were no problem and East Africa Safari Tours bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to me nearest and dearest. Yes, they are new (ish) and there are few reviews available but don't let that put you off. I had a wonderful trip which was full of things to see and do, food was great, transport reliable and comfortable. go for it!
