Our guide was Richard, and everything went very well. We spent four days on safari, visiting three parks. We also arranged the hotel in Zanzibar and the tours with Akondo. They were always punctual, responsible, and the hotels were excellent; everyone was very friendly. We highly recommend this agency for safaris and for planning your entire Tanzanian vacation. was an absolutely fantastic experience. Laurian accompanied us from start to finish, planning each day together with us and always suggesting the best possible itinerary. All the lodges were wonderful, and the parks were truly unique.

We spent five days that felt like one big family, which made the experience even more special. Laurian is an extremely intelligent, friendly, and empathetic person. He explained everything we saw with great passion, always teaching us something new along the way.

Akondo tailored our safari exactly to our wishes. Everything before the trip was so smooth, and our guide Richard was absolutely incredible. He taught us so much about the animals and helped us find all the animals we wanted to see.

The price was lower than competitors for exactly the same safari. The accommodation at the lodge was excellent with good food and friendly staff.

The first time I reached out for a quote Boris was extremely professional and efficient. I appreciated his quick communication even with the time difference. He was even able to offer a car transfer to our hotel for a reasonable price. Richard was our guide on the tour and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. I would highly recommend using them to book your next trip.

We chose Akondo Adventures for our honeymoon and it was a great choice. From the very beginning, Boris made sure we had an itinerary tailored to our needs. Then Richard became our guide and he was excellent! We're so happy because Richard made sure we saw the Big Five! Plus, my dream was to see lion cubs and a baby elephant, and we did it thanks to him! He explained everything to us; our English isn't very good, but he spoke Spanish and we were able to communicate very well. He even taught us some Swahili words! We 100% recommend Akondo. They also helped us book the hot air balloon safari, which is a truly unique experience!
