After spending some leisure time in Zanzibar and on a Tanzania safari with Diana Tanzania Safaris, I was quite impressed. Regarding Tanzania Safari, they appear to be a sizable and well-established business.My vacation was flawlessly planned, with no shortcomings. Upon registration, I had no prior knowledge about Tanzania or safari; nevertheless, Diana Tanzania safaris provided me with a wealth of information and customized my trip to suit my needs. For example, the information on what to take, how to pack, how to approach recommendations, and much more was helpful. As a pescatarian who applied for single lodgings, I had no trouble making hotel reservations, booking meals, or anything else.

We had the opportunity to travel with Diana Tanzania safaris through Tanzania in April 2024. From the time we met with our guide, Herman, to the time we said our farewells, we found the organisation second to none. Tours went smoothly, and our guide was considerate, knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout. I would recommend them if you are travelling in Tanzania.

Agent didn't book our accommodation then lied about it. Also flight booking error
Honestly disgusted with the service. I feel scammed. Agent forgot to book our accommodation. Though was told she needed an additional deposit early to book accommodation!!
All of a sudden wasn't contactable. So at 5pm we were left to find new accommodation in a foreign place. Spent hours driving around trying to find somewhere. We called and called. Even the operating agent. No one could get hold of her. She then emailed at midnight saying she'd told me a week before saying they were fully booked. This was a lie. All our correspondence was via email and nothing was there. When I said the Hotel said they were never contacted and they only became full the day of. Her story changed the next day when I asked for evidence it was a new story and excuse. Then the worst part is that she refused to refund what we'd paid out of pocket. Despite already paying for accommodation. She didn't want to reimburse us for the night stay that we were forced to pay for. I had to threaten to report her to the tourism board.
Also she booked our flights too early. We had to leave the safari at 2pm instead of 5. Got to the airport 20mins before take off. So stressful and embarrassing. The 4hour drive back was so dangerous because the poor driver was trying to get there on time. He did it in 3 hours instead!! Driver asked her to changed them but she Wouldn't rebook flight as she said she wouldn't get her money back for it. So unprofessional!
Also itinerary was a lie. You don't get the meals promised. Only one lunch was provided on the first day, though we paid for 3 meals and drinks for two days . She should be ashamed to call this a service. Such an expensive experience to be ruined by our agent. We pay for a stress free experience. It was anything but. Also turns out we were overcharged in comparison to others on the trip.

Fantastic value!
I started with a climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro - a bit grueling but totally worth it! The weather cooperated and the views were amazing. Diana was great in setting me up with a terrific guide, all the gear, and a great support team. The logistics were complicated, but she made it effortless.
Then she arranged a 6 day safari including Tarangire, Ngorogoro, and the Serengeti. This was spectacular! The driver was excellent with deep knowledge of the wildlife and history of the area. Going out at dawn to see the great migration was a highlight never to be forgotten.
I could not be happier with the service and support that Diana provided. Thank you!

Was unexpected breathtaking
Without a doubt the most incredible experience we have ever had. We saw the Big 5 and more. Literally all our dreams came true during this unforgettable trip. Everything was arranged so well, the places we stayed exceeded all our expectations and we have never met such friendly people. A huge thank you to Diana for making our week such a succes. She made sure all was taken care of, everyone was happy and that we spot all the animals we wanted to see. We were even lucky enough to see a caracal, 5 rhinos, a sleeping lion in the tree, leopards and 10 cheetahs all thanks to Patrick's good eyes. The roads where pretty harsh but Patrick's incredible driving skills made us feel more than safe.Patrick was not just our tour guide but treated us like family. We would recommend Diana Tanzania Safaris to anyone and if we ever come back we would choose them again. If you are going to Tanzania, it is worth every penny. Hakuna matata

Amazing
Wow! Diana Tanzania safaris and our tour guide, Herman, were excellent! My wife and I took a nine day custom tour of Ngorongoro Crater, the northern Serengeti of the great migration, and Tarangire. Everything was spectacular. The accommodations were great, the food was wonderful, and the people we met were wonderful. Herman was an excellent guide. He knew everything about where to go on the Safari with perfect timing. After 10 days of traveling with him, he was like family!!! What a wonderful tour company, and a wonderful tour guide! Spectacular in every way! Many thanks to the young lady Diana and thank you, Herman!
I will highly recommend Diana Tanzania safaris for any one who want to travel!!!
