Well Managed. Value for Money
We did a 5 day safari. 2 days masai mara,1 day nakuru and 2 days amboselli. Everything was well managed and planned end to end. A clean and comfortable nisan van was provided with a pop up roof. Our driver Simon was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us spot a lot of wildlife. Patrick helped us with all the arrangements and was available whenever we had any questions.

Great itinerary !
I had the chance to have a 5 days / 4 nights safari from Mombassa to Nairobi via Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli.
First of all, itinerary was promptly made by Patrick with all details clearly explained. He answered my questions quickly and we could arrange and secure the booking.
I'm leaving Kenya with wonderful memories of the parks, wildlife and friendly people thanks to a wonderful itinerary covering a lot of Kenya.
I can only warmly recomment Mateo Travel to anyone to have a smooth safari experience.

The perfect Safari in Kenya
The 8 days Safari was just perfect. From the moment Patrick contacted me, the itinerary he created for my safari was perfectly tailored for me, with all the parks I wanted to go. High value for money and great organisation overall.
A massive thank you though goes to Gordonne, not only a wonderful driver but also an amazing guide, patient, with great insights, suggestions during the safari and also big knowledge. I wanted to do a solo photography Safari and take pictures not only of the big 5, but also of other animals I did not know about. I saw them all. Gordonne immediately understood I wanted to take time for my photos, and sometimes we skipped the crowd and focused on other animals and the nature. As a solo woman traveler, I could not expect anything better, Gordonne made me feel safe at all time.

Excellent Private Safari Tour
Mateo Travel and Adventure organized an excellent private tour for us. The communication with Patrick was reliable, quick and transparent always reassuring us about our decision.
The value for money was one of the best we saw and despite its relatively low price, the quality of the tour was excellent. We had nice stays, great car for the safari and Gordon, our driver had 10+ years of experience. He always knew the best spots and timing, so we could see the big 5 during our first 2 days (of 4).
We totally recommend this reliable and affordable company, you wont be disappointed.

Unforgettable journey
My wife and I spent a wonderful 6 days on safari organized by Mateo Travel and Adventure. It so happened that we decided on the dates of the trip only on January 27. We went to the website safaribookings.com and outlined our wishes: the safari starts on January 31, the duration is 5-6 days, the type of tour is private, starting in Nairobi, ending preferably in Mombasa, the price is reasonable. Of the dozen suggested tours, one completely coincided with our wishes. We sent a request to Mateo Travel and Adventure, and a few hours later we received a detailed offer from Patrick Awidhi. The cost of the tour turned out to be even slightly lower than that offered on the website, and any mandatory additional costs were absent in the future. The trip started on time and all six days passed exactly on schedule. Patrick was always in touch and helped to resolve any issues if they arose. Simon, a wonderful, friendly and professional guide, opened up the life of Kenya's wildlife to us and we literally fell in love with it. The multitude of animals literally at arm's length is admired and makes one marvel at the wealth of East Africa. I must say right away that the low price of the trip determined the ease of accommodation in tent camps and a hotel. However, it was convenient everywhere and a separate toilet and a hot shower were available. I can recommend a safari with Mateo Travel and Adventure to anyone who loves and respects wildlife. Breathtaking awe-inspiring adventure
From the moment we were picked up our adventure was flawless, straight on a game drive to see the incredible wildlife! Our lodge was incredible with lots of animal activity aswell.
Our guide was awesome and very knowledgeable in finding spots with certain animals including lions. This was a life changing experience and I highly recommend using Mateo Adventures

Amazing trip, very well organised, great guide
We booked with Patrick from Mateo Travel. From the beginning he was very reliable, always answering and making everything possible. He picked us up on time in Nairobi and we started the Safari with Gordon, an excellent driver, a humorous and warm-hearted person and a real animal expert. He managed that we observed almost all wild animals. We can highly recommend any tour with him.

We really enjoyed our trip with driver Gordon. Communication about our wishes went very smoothly via email. It was also nice that there was the option to pay by credit card.
