A trip of a lifetime
To summarize our experience with Sacred Wilderness, I will say it was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. We were a group of 5 coming from the US. We picked this company based on the reviews but still, we did not know what to expect. Lulu was amazing communicating with us, flexible and accommodating to build an enjoyable experience for us. She was responsive through email and very kindly and patiently responded to all our questions. We planned a 5-day safari including a hike to Kilimanjaro’s first camp, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with two hotel nights in Arusha and two nights camping. We stayed at Charity hotel in Arusha. People at the hotel were super friendly and flexible to accommodate our schedules. The food was amazing, freshly prepared, tasty, healthy. They prepared boxed breakfast on our last day since our flight was very early in the morning. The hotel is modest but clean, had hot water and comfortable beds.
Zacayo and Emmanuel were our guides to Kilimanjaro. Soo much fun! They did everything in their hands to make our experience unforgettable. We learned our first Swahili words and slang expressions with them. We laughed so much! They were the kindest and most fun. While Emmanuel stayed to take care of our luggage in the car, Zacayo and another guide ( i cant write his name) hiked with us. Both were amazing to make the hike fun. It rained a lot and the path became super muddy and slippery, they cut some sticks for us to walk safely. They carried our meal and water all the way up to the first camp. Food after the hike felt great! On our way to Kilimanjaro, Emmanuel and Zacayo bought for us our first sugar bananas… omg! Soo good! A little moment I will not forget. Overall, they were fantastic and we are really thankful for making our first day in Tanzania a wonderful experience.
After Kilimanjaro, William, our safari guide came to pick us up to the Arusha hotel to start our trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. William was the most amazing guide and I will never forget the time we spent with him. We had the most incredible experience thanks to him. He was the kindest and most fun. He was knowledgeable of the area, animals etc . We bombarded him with questions and we laughed so much together. We saw the big 5 and so many other animals, birds, plants, amazing landscape…. We were all in awe all the time! It was so sad to say goodbye to William, and we really missed him for the rest of our trip. Together with William, Davidi came with us for the safari. He was our chef!OMG! Davidi was amazing and we were always excited to see what he would have cooked for us. Arriving to the campsite at night and hangout by the kitchen waiting to see Davidi’s food was such a special moment. William and him ate with us. Eating and chatting all together was very special. William was an amazing driver, we felt safe at all times. After the safari, he took us to some local handcraft and artisan markets to do some shopping, which we also enjoyed. There is so much I could write about our safari experience with William and Davidi… but I will summarize it as it was an unforgettable experience, a life experience, where nothing could have been better than it was.
We all are so thankful to each of them for making of this trip such a magical experience. We fully recommend Sacred Wilderness!

Lulu was Great! She accommodated the entire trip to our schedule and make it work perfectly!
I am always afraid when I am booking these kind of tours. Specially when they sound too good to be true.
However, This was the best decision ever!
The entire experience was amazing!
The guides William for the Sadari and Zacayo for the hike were the most fun and welcoming people, they were really nice.
The food! OMG … separate claps for Davide our chef during the safari….
We had the most wonderful time with all of them.
Asante sana Lulu and sacred wilderness safari.

I met wonderful people and captured stunning photos. Truly unforgettable!
Good Luck

Wonderful Safari Trip through the iconic N Tanzanian National Parks
I had a wonderful safari with Sacred Wilderness which took me through 4 different National parks - Manyara, Tarangyre, 2 days in Serengeti and then into the Ngorongoro parks. I travelled with a small group organised by Sacred Wilderness where all the management was done by Lulu who was very efficient/friendly and always responded to my questions very quickly. Everything was well managed and the accommodation was what I had expected for a budget camping safari. We were driven and guided by Jackson who was always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife and made sure we saw a very wide range of animals and birds. He was always alert and saw things in the distance/hidden in the bush that we would never have spotted and he was patient as we photographed and waited for the perfect moment.... there was never a time when we were hurried along.
It was a great experience which I would thoroughly recommed

Perfect
We were in good hands with Luku , Barton and all the team . Quality price was excellent.
We had a great time with the Sacred Wildlife team. From the person who served us to the driver, the cook also prepared excellent food that we could taste and see that the menu was changed daily, not so in other safaris that we saw that they took their packet lunch when we had plates and cutlery that were not plastic. Very good and highly recommended for what we paid . Thank you very much !

Thoughtful and Professional – The Best Choice for Solo Travelers!
This trip, I traveled alone, so my agent thoughtfully arranged for me to join different family travel groups. Every part of the itinerary was well-organized. She was not only responsible but also incredibly attentive, knowing I was traveling solo, so she took extra care of me. During the trip, an unexpected issue came up, and although it had nothing to do with her, she went out of her way to help me resolve it, and we finally managed to get it sorted out. I’m truly grateful to her—she was amazing! If I come back to Africa, I’ll definitely choose her again. Plus, after comparing several agencies, her prices were by far the best value. Highly recommended!

A reliable and attentive operator
First of all I want to thank my contact person at Sacred Wilderness Expedition, Lulu, who organized my 7-day safari according to my wishes, was always reliable, helpful and quick with her answers and supported me during my tour. There have been a couple of situations on the way when I was offered a change in the initial plan, to make my experience better, and I appreciated this pro-activity. Lulu, you are top! Generally, all my needs and wishes were met by the company: the payment procedure was transparent, the guides were knowledgeable and showed great skills in spotting animals and birds, the food on the way was good and hearty, the accommodations and camps were decent. So, Lulu and colleagues, thank you for a very good organization and all the experiences, it was a pleasure!

Great safari experience!
We had a very nice safari trip with sacred wilderness. We did the 7day trip. The shedule changed depending on other travelers, so you will meet a lot of new people. Our group stayed the same for the serengeti and the ngorongoro crater. Sometime it wasn't very clear for us were we would stay or what the shedule was, but there was always someone to pick us up and to drop us of at the right location. The safari itself was great. We saw the great migration and our guide was amazing! Great value for the money! We met Lulu at our last evening and asked us for some feedback so she could keep improving the organization. It was possible to pay by Wise.

10/10 would recommend - all thanks to SWE, I had one of the best holidays ever!
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a 10-day adventure to Tanzania, and had one of the BEST holidays ever, all thanks to SWE!
Lulu was extremely prompt and helpful in all communications. I had purchased the flight tickets to Tanzania not knowing how I would like to spend the days in the country. With Lulu's help, I had a perfectly balanced and exciting itinerary that consisted of safari, nature and the beach.
Our safari guide Saidi is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife. He shared interesting facts and stories about the animals, and also went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience e.g. from making sure we are well fed, to collaborating and sharing information with other guides on animal sightings, and also being patient with the group and bringing us to various spots for animal watching. The sheer volume and diversity of animals we encountered in the various national parks was breathtaking - Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro each has their own special sights to offer.
The accommodations were top-notch, with friendly staff, delectable fresh food, with amenities needed to ensure we would be well-rested. We were extremely well fed and well taken care of throughout the safari tour.
After the 4D3N safari tour, we spent a day hiking to the Materuni waterfalls. The trail was muddy - so be sure to wear proper hiking shoes. The waterfall was amazing with incredible power that we were almost drenched despite being quite a distance away; it was rejuvenating.
We ended the trip with a short stay in Zanzibar - absolutely breathtaking clear blue water and white sand beach. It was my first time experiencing such low salinity ocean, where the sea breeze carries little salt to cause the "sticky hair & skin" feeling, really loved it! Lulu had also kindly gifted us free experiences, perhaps coincidentally or not, on my birthday. It was a really nice touch that made the trip even better than it already was.
I would certainly recommend SWE to anyone looking to embark on a holiday of a lifetime to Tanzania :)
