Andrew was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, funny and make the experience absolutely seamless.
The safari was great! We were able to see alot of animals out in nature. Andrew did a great job of showing us the sights and also giving us alot of informed on the various animals we saw. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering our questions. We were able to see some stuff we've only ever seen on national geographic (two male lions hunting and eating a buffalo - it was a sight to see).
Andrew also helped us get settled into our hotels. Thank you very much for such great service.

Amazing safari experience

Very professional and good service

Great safari experience and knowledgeable guide
We had an amazing safari with my family in Masai mara National reserve. Safari update travels arranged everything from hotel, game drives and transfer from Nairobi.
We lucky to spots lots of wildlife including lions, cheetah, Leopard, giraffe, elephants and so many more cheers to understanding and knowledgeable guide we had.
The hotel choice too was great, nice rooms and good meals.
I highly recommend safari update travels if you are planning for a safari in Kenya.

Amazing tour with guide James Jichina
This tour was amazing for us, starting with the very good communication with Silas via Whatsapp to organize and then with James Jichina, our very skilled and caring guide. With him we saw the big 5 and lots of other animals, especially lions in action (trying to hunt, eating and mating). Enkorok Camp was beautiful, the accomodation is clean and comfortable and we had a very good time in this safari. I 100% recommend Safari Update Travels and James Jichina!

Most beautiful experience in our live
We went on a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve with Safari Update Travel. We booked the tour from Germany. The communication in advance was super straightforward and all questions were answered within a few minutes. Also the payment was problem-free. We can only say one thing about the tour itself: WOW! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Our guide was very experienced and professional. Our tour group was also just perfect. We had so much fun in the 3 days that we were sad at the end that this tour was now over. We were very lucky in the park itself. From elephants to lions and cheetahs to rhinos and hyenas, we really saw everything. Our guide Fred always tried very hard to take us to the best places and shared a lot of background information with us. Our highlight was watching 5 cheetahs eating and spotting the rare rhino. The Jambo Mara Lodge, where we stayed overnight, was also excellent. We can really recommend this tour to everyone. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much!
