Safari Update Travels is the best Tour Operator
Safari Update Travels made it possible for my boyfriend and I to have an amazing time in the Mara. Our guide, Simon, spectacularly tailored his explanations in the best way without breaking a sweat, we were able to see a wide variety of wildlife. We had an amazing experience booking with Safari Update Travels; Linsel in particular was really resourceful in helping us design the ideal itinerary for our trip. It is true to state that Safari Update Travels is a first-rate tour operator with competent and courteous employees. Our guide, Simon, was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. All in all, I'm happy that our trip was so wonderful and that we saw so many incredible animals.

Silas was amazing! He booked the tour
My husband and I went on a 3 day tour. Everything was seamless from the booking while in the United States to actually arriving. We were picked up from Nairobi international and taken to Wilson. The Safari was amazing and we even added on the Hot Air Balloon Safari. The room/hotel was perfect, everything I could have hoped for and more. We did a private Safari and had about 2 game drives a day.
Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend Safari Update Travels!

Very supportive, reliable and client oriented
We booked a private safari via Safari Update Travels to Amboseli.
During requesting a quote and booking process, Linsel was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions.
We were received by Linsel and his colleague at the airport early in the morning and escorted to our car. After giving us all necessary instructions, we started our great tour.
The tour was very well organized and everything went as planned.
Big thanks to our great driver Peter! He was very professional, experienced and has a decent knowledge about all national parks that we visited.
We highly recommend this operator.

Very trustworthy safari company
My hubby and I reserved a seven-day safari in Kenya, and I have to tell that it was an amazing trip! Everything went smoothly, from the preparation stages to the trip's execution.
Silas was thoroughly involved in the planning process, responding to all of our inquiries and making insightful suggestions.
He gave us a cordial welcome at the airport upon our arrival in Kenya and introduced us to Stephen, our highly competent and well-organized guide. Following a lengthy trip, we arrived in Kenya without any issues and were promptly cleared at the airport.
After a few hours of travel, we arrived safely in Mara and were warmly greeted by the personnel at the lodge (Neptune) where we were to spend the next 3 days.
Silas carefully organized every one of our game drives, and we saw some amazing animals.
Everything, including the hotel arrangements, was expertly handled.
Without a doubt, we will use Safari Updates for our upcoming safaris.

Superb, informative and exciting safari
From the very first inquiry email to my departure from Nairobi, Silas and his team at Safari Update Travels could not have been more supportive and friendly. I was met at the airport, delivered to the hotel and throughout the 3 day safari the driver, accommodation and food were superb. It was a private tour for my family and I, the guide was very well informed and helpful. We visited Masai Mara and Naivasha and we saw most of the 'Big 5' animals, elephant, lions, buffalo, hippos and much more.
The game drives were very thrilling as we came up close with the animals. Everything went smoothly.
We were dropped off at the airport after the drive. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Safari Update Travels.

Highly recommended
I had an amazing experience in Masai Masa. I booked my Masai Mara 3 day 2 night package from Safari Update Travels. My point of contact was Silas who has always been available to answer all my queries. He is easily reachable. He had assigned to us tour guide Jack who did a brilliant job as we witnessed all big fives. He made sure we get to see Lions, Elephants including other animals from a very close distance, which we did and it was just unbelievable. We were amazed to spot a couple of Cheetahs also twice. If anybody planning to visit Kenya for Safari tours, I will highly recommend to book via Safari Update Travels.

A fantastic experience and trip with Safari Update Travels
What a fantastic experience and trip Silas and the Safari Updates team organized. They are skilled, competent, and incredibly diligent. He accomplished our goal of taking safaris in both Kenya and Tanzania over the course of six days. Despite having made our booking for Kilimanjaro with a different Firm, he assisted us and remained in touch with us to see how we were doing.
We contacted two other businesses before making a reservation with Safari Updates and the standard of customer service offered by Safari Updates was unrivaled. The whole itinerary for the trip, including the pick-up and drop-off at the airport, was carefully laid out. Additionally, he spent a great deal of time going over the specifics with us, and he was always available for chats before, during, and even after the trip. He made some adjustments to meet our needs, but we also trusted him to make his own recommendations, resulting in a fantastic vacation that gave us several opportunities to view the great Masai Mara.

Beautiful 7day game drive experience- 100% perfect
I and my family went on a 7-day trip to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and to Masai Mara. Amboseli had the most amazing heart of elephants, as well as a spectacular view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. There are plenty of animals at Lake Nakuru... lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffe, buffalo. In masai mara, the wildlife was fantastic, wildebeest,topis,gazelles for starters. We saw lions kill, play,sleep, and even do a wedding(another name for making love in the jungle). The trip was far more than we expected. I would definitely recommend Safari Update Travels as for anyone looking for the best authentic and tour company

The agent Xavier is very social and clear in his communication. We had a really great experience in Masai Mara. We enjoyed the game drives, and Martin was an excellent driver and guide. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that we had. The accommodation in jambo mara was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
