Traipsing Africa's and Sandra set up another stellar safari for us!
Returning to South Africa on safari, we called upon Traipsing Africa's to get us to Pilanesberg (they got us to Sabi Sand 4 yrs ago - another incredible experience). Sandra once again knocked it out of the park by getting us booked at Tambuti Lodge. Just outstanding in every aspect, a luxury experience for us and at a truly reasonable price. Best African Experience
Very grateful with Sandra from Traipsing. From the moment I booked the safari, the communication was excellent, very clear, and incredibly helpful with all my questions and concerns. She provided detailed pre-trip information, making sure I was well-prepared and excited for the adventure. It felt like I was in great hands from the start eventhough english is no my first language. The service throughout the trip was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member, from the lodge team to the safari guides, went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and taken care of. The safari itself was surreal—nothing could have prepared me for the breathtaking encounters with wildlife.

I cannot say enough good things about Traipsing Africa and Agent Sandra. We are a family of 5 adults and this was our first visit to South Africa. We value independence, adventure, cultural immersion, and authenticity in our touring and Traipsing supported these values and provided essential advice on safety and cultural appropriateness. Sandra is genuine, listens well, and provided the information we needed to make good decisions with no pressure. Her recommendations were excellent, on point, and of high value. Even on those parts of our trip where we had already booked, Sandra provided essential advice and support, including mapping safe routes. Sandra promised to be on call regardless of whether it was something she booked or we did independently and she held this commitment consistently. She answered out questions promptly and on several occasions, remapped out independent driving routes to provide maximum safety when we veered off our planned course and missed our Kruger Gate and ended up far from our home-base. We give our highest recommendation to Sandra and Traipsing Africa. Our visit to South Africa met all of our highest expectations, and so much more. My trip to Pilanesberg National Park went on without any issues. We even added on a last minute transfer booking to Cradle of Humankind and it was handled effortlessly by her.

Outstanding...Nicole was amazingly attentive, helpful, caring, efficient and wonderful
My 92 year old mom and I enjoyed a fabulous 3 days at black rhino reserve. The lodge is beautiful and extremely well kept , clean, . The staff are so attentive and gave special care and help to my mom at all times. The food was excellent. All in all I highly recommend the whole experience.
Only 1 criticism ...black rhino lodge is not wheelchair friendly which made it a bit challenging for my mom who uses a walker to get around.

What an incredible person Sandra is to deal with
Wow! We dealt with Sandra from start to finish and what an incredible person she is. We had lots of questions and she was so quick to respond. We stayed at The Hide and her communication with them was fantastic. We did our own transfer which got a bit messy, but she was with us every step of the way making sure we were safe and reassuring us that our host was waiting to collect us. Thank you so much Sandra for your kindness. We truly appreciate it and our stay at The Hide was above and beyond what we hoped for.
