Very smooth
Booked 3 days/2 nights at the Black Rhino Game lodge through Traipsing Africa and Sandra. Everything from request to payment and transport to and from JNB went very smoothly. Our stay at the Black Rhino was amazing, with wonderful game drives, nice accomodation, good service and good food. Would absolutely recommend!

Sandra from Traipsing Africa has been incredibly helpful from the moment I was first in touch.
I contacted two or three safari operators to begin with, from a position of ignorance, and the one that immediately impressed me was Traipsing Africa, and I looked no further. Sandra responded within minutes and took a great deal of trouble in finding out what we were looking for and guiding us through the process. We discussed the options for our stay on a reserve and she recommended one in the Eastern Cape which turned out to be a huge success. We spoke often on the phone whilst preparing our itinerary, and she answered all our questions and allayed any worries we had with clear information, good advice and endless charm.
I can't recommend her highly enough.

Booked a wonderful 4days 3 night stay at Ukumbee Bush Lodge with Traipsing. The service provided by Sandra was excellent. She was very attentive and arranged a hassle free trip for me and husband. Dee-Anne , Nic, Chris and Silence actually made all of our dreams come true in this 4 day experience. From check in to check out every wish you have they will make come true… as humanly possible! From seeing the Big 5 in one game drive to the very details on your favorite drink or snack for sundowners and sunups. We were thoroughly impressed and well taken care of. The animals were plenty and the food and lodge accommodations excellent!!
