Amazing and unforgetable experience
Frank arranged a private tour for us 6 days on safari and the same on Zanzibar with boat beach and Stone Town visits. Both ur guides, Gabi on safari and Iddi in Zanzibar were amazing, knowledgeable, thoughtful and good fun to be with - nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and 3 days in the Serengeti and then Stone Town, Prison Island Nakupenda Sandbank, safari blue, Mnemba Atol, snorkeling, boat trips and loads of seafood served on the beach, can't thank Kilimanjaro Unforgettable (Frank, Gabi and Iddi) enough for making our trip so amazing and truly unforgetable.

Customer satisfaction taken to the next level!
I cannot recommend highly enough Kilimanjaro Unforgettable! They went above and beyond to make us happy. Everything was organized impeccably, the communication was super easy and prompt, the accommodations they have offered were outstanding, the food was the best we ever had! One of the selected accommodations was fully booked and they offered a free of charge upgrade. Our driver, Erick, made sure all the time we were safe and took care of us. But want impressed us the most was how they organized our son's birthday. Athumani surprised us with a Maasai welcoming at the airport! On the last day when they dropped us at the airport we saw our return flight to Zanzibar had a 3h delay. I texted Athumani that our flight was delayed and even though it was out of their control, they immediately called us, talked to the airline personnel and rebooked us to an earlier flight. They are simply amazing!

Nothing was a problem with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable
We have just returned from an incredible family holiday in Tanzania & Zanzibar. After contacting several agencies , I decided to go with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable and kept in touch with Frank. Step by step Frank tailored our holiday to our needs ensuring we would make the most of it and have the best itinerary. We travelled as a family with three teenagers. He was always available and replied very promptly and politely. I changed lodges/hotels a number of times till I was satisfied and convinced I was choosing the right place for my family. Frank was very patient throughout and always accommodated! We didn’t have to think of anything once we were there as everything was taken care of and we had a fantastic holiday. We told Frank we would like to visit a couple of child centers/orphanages and this was also organised en route to our game drives. On a couple of occasions we accidentally left things behind and Frank very kindly organised to have them delivered to us! Do not hesitate to contact this company if you would like to book your holiday in Tanzania for an unforgettable experience!

The Safari was great and also our stay in Zanzibar was good.
Our guides were perfect, always available and kind.
For Zanzibar I only recommend to check the distance between the resort and the activities because we was a little too far in my opinion.

Unforgettable Amazing Safari Experience!
We did a 7 day Safari tour with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable. Our tour organizer Frank was very helpful in all aspects of planning and execution. Frank provided good suggestions of which national parks to visit based on our interests, multiple stay options based on our liking, and the various meaningful experiences to explore.
Our tour guide Jeremiah was very experienced and knew the important spots for game drives.
We saw lots of elephants going about their daily activities in Tarangire NP, the lions, hippos, flamingoes, the rare-to-see serval cat and many more animals in Ngorongoro Crater. We also saw a pack of 17 lions resting under a tree in Central Serengeti and also Leopard, Chetah and many more animals.
The best and the reason why we did this trip was - The Great Migration of Wildebeest in Northern Serengeti. It was a sight to behold forever. Jeremiah took us to multiple spots to get the best view of the migration.
Our stay at all the 6 hotels/camps was very clean, safe and comfortable. The food was delicious. Every place we stayed accommodated our food preferences. People were very cordial and welcoming.
Frank went above and beyond to change our last night's accommodation to be near the Serenora airport, so we could have a convenient flight out.
It was truly an unforgettable amazing safari experience!

A great guarantee
We travel in the west part of Tanzania. We rent car and driver with them. We can suggest them, because they are correct , reapectable and in time.
Our driver , Pasqual, has got great experience in drive and to take care of us. It was also for him the First Time in that area, but he manages the worst Roads and my contact with local in the best way.
The most relevant thing Is i could begin contact with agency months ago before my departing and they answer me in everything. They do all they Say in their program.
They are Always in time.
They made Easy and safe my experience.

Kilimanjaro Unforgettable exceeded our expectations in every way. My son, Daniel and I, summited on July 17th. Our guides, Lazaro and Omari were experienced, supportive, attentive and sacrificial in the way they guided us over our 8 day Lemosho trek. Kilimanjaro Unforgettable did everything that they said they would do and more. The food was excellent (more than we could eat) and the tents and private toilet were very good. My son and I felt that Kilimanjaro Unforgettable, as a tour operator, provided excellent value for the money we paid for our trek. We would highly recommend Kilimanjaro Unforgettable to anyone thinking of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.
