My husband and I spent nine unforgettable days on safari with Wivi Agency for our honeymoon, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. From the very first message, Wivi Agency was warm, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Our guide, Charles, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we met him, we could feel his professionalism and deep love for the wildlife and landscapes of northern Tanzania. As the days went on, we also saw how incredibly patient and kind he was, never rushing us and always indulging our curiosity, whether we were pulled over for the fifteenth time to identify a tiny bird or marveling at an animal many travelers might overlook. With Charles’s guidance, we saw over one hundred different species, more than we ever dreamed possible. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, several of them multiple times, but what made each sighting meaningful was Charles’s quiet expertise: the way he could read the land, understand the movements of the animals, and somehow bring us to the right place at the perfect moment.
Our safari vehicle became our little home on wheels. Charles kept it spotless, no small feat with all the dust we tracked in, and it was so comfortable and spacious that we never felt cramped for a moment. An Unforgettable 2-Day Safari from Zanzibar with Wivi Agency

Our group of five friends embarked on a 2-day safari from Zanzibar to Arusha, and the experience was nothing short of magical.
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Our first day was spent exploring Tarangire National Park, where we were fortunate to see an incredible variety of wildlife including giraffes, elephants, zebras, baby lions, and even Pumba the warthog. The park’s scenery and abundance of animals made it an unforgettable start to our adventure.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
The second day was the highlight of our trip. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area offered extraordinary experiences and close encounters with elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, hyenas, zebras, lions, and even a rhino in the distance. We also spotted hippos and many other species, making it a day we will never forget.
Our safari vehicle was a comfortable 4x4 with a pop-up roof, giving us perfect panoramic views of both the wildlife and the breathtaking landscapes. Our professional guide Charles was experienced, kind, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we enjoyed every moment of our game drives.
We stayed at Eileen’s Trees Inn, which was a fantastic experience. The lodge was clean and cozy, the special dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The setting itself was beautiful and added to the charm of our stay.
The meals provided during the safari were homemade and delicious, with freshly prepared packed lunches each day that we truly enjoyed.

We had the privilege of spending four unforgettable days on safari, guided by the amazing Heaven Temba, followed by three relaxing days in the paradise of Zanzibar.

My friend and I chose to celebrate our 40th birthdays with something we’d both dreamed about for years—a safari in Tanzania. Personal highlights included Planet Lodge Arusha, Heart and Soul Lake Manyara, Simba Tarangire Lodge, and Embalakai Camp—each offered a sense of serenity and connection to nature that’s hard to put into words.
* The meals were hearty and satisfying. While not gourmet, they were consistently good—especially after a long day on the road or in the bush. Hot packed lunches, buffets, and warm smiles made every meal something to look forward to.
* The safari vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—water, beer, wine, soda, and charging ports. No mechanical issues, no worries.
* A big plus: very little “forced shopping.” We've both been on trips where that’s a constant distraction. On this safari, we made only a couple of optional stops, and there was zero pressure. It was refreshing to just enjoy the experience.
But the true heart of this journey—the soul of it—was our guide, Shabani.
There are good guides, and then there are guides like Shabani—people who live and breathe this land, who radiate joy and curiosity, and who somehow manage to connect with you exactly where you are. I’m an eager question-asker, endlessly curious about everything around me. My friend is quieter, more focused on photography and those picture-perfect moments. Somehow, Shabani balanced both our energies with ease.
He was a fountain of knowledge—about animals, birds, trees, landscapes, languages, and culture. He could sense when we wanted silence, and when we needed stories. He navigated rough roads, complicated logistics, and even unexpected schedule changes with a calm professionalism that gave us total confidence.
But more than that—he cared. When we were lucky enough to witness a leopard hunting, he was just as excited as we were. When it rained, he smiled through it. He had a gift for knowing when to wait, when to move, and where to look. His patience during river crossings or quiet moments observing wildlife behavior gave us the space to really experience the magic of the wild.
He was, simply put, a joy to travel with. We will always be grateful to have shared this journey with him.
If I had to name one hiccup, it was a small scheduling mix-up where Wivi changed one of our hotel bookings without informing Shabani. It resulted in two single-night stays instead of one two-night stay. A bit inconvenient, but ultimately minor in the context of a spectacular journey.
The most amazing part? I didn’t plan any of this. I just showed up—and left with my heart full.
