A Good Experience with Room for Improvement
We chose Wild Serenity Safari for our trip to Tanzania and, overall, we had a good experience. It’s clear that the agency has a lot of enthusiasm, and the foundation for growth is definitely there. However, being a small and relatively new company in this field, they rely on larger operators — which means different groups of travelers are gathered into the same jeep.
In our case, we were six people from three different groups, and our driver had to pick up and drop off each group at different hotels every day. Unfortunately, this led to some delays and occasional misunderstandings in scheduling. On the last day, for example, we had a different tour planned, but due to communication issues, our driver wasn’t informed. We ended up having to wait for another driver to take us to a different hotel before finally heading toward the foothills of Kilimanjaro.
Nothing dramatic, but definitely details that could be improved to make the experience smoother.
Another area that could use improvement is the quality and variety of the food. The meals were almost always the same (rice, chicken, potatoes, bananas, and beans), often without much seasoning. With a bit more care and variation, this part of the experience could become much more enjoyable.
That said, our overall experience was positive, and we’re confident that with some adjustments in organization and meals, Wild Serenity Safari has the potential to become an excellent choice for many travelers.

We would like to kindly clarify that during your briefing before the safari, we explained that the wildebeest migration had already moved from the Northern Serengeti to the Central Serengeti at the time of your travel. You agreed with this adjustment, and the change was made to ensure you could still enjoy the best possible wildlife sightings based on current conditions.
Throughout your safari, our team followed up with you daily after each game drive, and your responses indicated that everything was going well and that you were enjoying the experience.
We’re genuinely sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the change of location. Our intention was to provide you with the most rewarding experience according to the wildlife movement and park conditions.

Excellent, Customer Focused tour operator
I had an excellent Safari experience with Wild Serenity Safaris. From the first email they took care of everything. Even when my flights changed last minute, they adjusted everything. I had them book extra hotels, airport transfers and luggage storage for me, which were all taken care of perfectly.
From when you step off the plane and a driver is waiting for you with your name on a card, to when they say goodbye on your last day, the team at Wild Serenity are very professional and caring team who will take care of all your Safari wishes. I highly recommend Wild Serenity Safaris.

The driver edie and chief musha were great. They were experts. I really liked that. And they were so humorous too ☺️ thanks to them, I had a wonderful 5 day and 4 night trip perfectly enjoyable. And.. before this journey, I was worried about Tanzania. Because there was no information about this country. It seemed so mysterious, only know about it was serengeti on TV National Geographic. But after this tour, I realized that Tanzanians are so kind, sweet, patient, with expressions like pole pole, hakuna matata. But, hmm the accommodation I heard that it was a one-person tent. But I slept with my companion 🙂 (it was a two-person tent) Im a woman, the companion was a man… so it was akward. But there were no other options. So it is. Yeap…Otherwise everything was great! 😊

Joel assisted us with all our questions. Our Safari (mid range) was truly a great experience! We have seen so many animals, had really nice accommodation and meals. Our guide was very qualified: in driving, guiding, explanations about wildlife and culture. We had great time!

Highly organised, knowledgeable and customer focused tour operator.
From our first enquiry up to the last minute (and even afterwards) Macriner and her team from Wild Serenity Safaris were super helpful and ensured that every aspect of our tour was top notch. When we wanted to deviate from the set tour they accommodated us and even arranged a special birthday celebration for me whilst on the tour. This was a trip of a lifetime without having to have the budget of a lifetime. An unforgettable journey that blended immersive cultural encounters, breathtaking wildlife sightings, and authentic local experiences which created a deep connection with each destination! An amazing safari experience!!
Wild Serenity Safaris exceeded all our expectations. From the start, Macriner was incredibly prompt, helpful, and kind—she worked closely with us to design a safari that fit our budget and preferences perfectly. Before our safari began, we developed swimmer’s ear and some food-related illness during our travels in Bali. Even though it had nothing to do with the safari, Macriner still went out of her way to check in on us during the trip to make sure we were doing okay. Her thoughtfulness and care really stood out. Our safari guide, Praise, was equally wonderful- so knowledgeable about Tanzania’s parks, genuinely passionate about what he does, and really funny too. The whole experience felt smooth, personal, and full of heart. I would absolutely recommend Wild Serenity Safaris to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and customized safari experience.

Very friendly and always available
I’m a 26 yrs old female solo traveler from Italy. I contacted this agency I found online because I wanted to do a cheap but at the same time adventurous safari with other travelers. Macriner listened and meet all my demands and arranged an amazing 7 days experience! Everything was perfect and well-arranged. My flight delayed and I had no Internet connection but still when I arrived at the airport, the taxi driver was there for me. I visited all the parks, villages and towns I wanted to see. After the safari, as I requested, I moved to the Kilimanjaro foothills for my last great experience before going to the airport. Macriner was available all the time. Every time I had a question, she was ready to reply and to solve my problems. She was my point of reference for the whole trip and I want to thank her again for everything.
So in two words: 100% recommended.
